Top 10 Most Underrated Pixar Movies of the 21st Century
In honor of Pixar's "Coco" coming out next month, here is a list of the most underrated Pixar movies of the 21st century! (NOTE: This is not a list for the best of Pixar's 21st century works, but their most underrated). I will add Coco once it comes out, but its place on the list will depend on its ratings and what people here thought of it.Not my favorite Pixar movie, but this movie seems to be one of the most hated, but I'll be honest and say I liked it more than Finding Dory, which was another Pixar spinoff, but that one received a ton of praise (I like it too, but I find it overrated). This movie had some genuinely funny jokes about college life and had some pretty neat character designs. The ending was also pretty charming, and I loved the designs of the characters and the sets. Overall I don't think this movie deserves much hate.
It did receive lots of praise, but people don't talk about this one much relative to other Pixar masterpieces. I really liked this movie from what I remember, and I may consider putting it in my top 15 animated movies after I rewatch it, because I haven't watched it in a long time. But I do remember this movie being really funny, and having a simple message, "Anyone can cook."
I would argue that this was the best of the Cars franchise. I didn't think the first Cars was bad, but not a masterpiece, and I thought Cars 2 sucked badly. But Cars 3 felt the most "mature" I should say. It was very solid of a movie and I liked the ending (but I won't spoil it here). It also has some funny jokes and references but it took itself seriously as well. Overall, I thought this was a good movie.
I don't remember much except the backlash this movie got, but I remember my father really liking this one, and I remember the beautiful animation. It was Pixar trying something new.
This is THE most underrated pixar movie, I mean, I did like movies like Wall-e and Toy Story and all that but this one just gets nothing from critics!
Its actually pretty popular even months after it was released. Its easily one of the best movies Pixar has made.
It's simply a very underrated Absolute Masterpiece for many sensless reasons, one of the best movie EVER (and my absolute favourite)! ♥
