Besides The Monks, an American band who recorded in Germany, I don't really see a underrated band of the 60"s. They are all very well known. There are so many obscure bands of the 60's like " The Koobas ", " John's Children ", " The Litter ", " The Wig ", " Ron Wray light show ", " The Brain train " etc... Why not making a list of these really underrated bands?
