The title reminds me of Jeanne d'Arc from the Fate series and the song Arcadia that acts as the opening song to the Fate route of the 2012 iteration of the visual novel Fate/stay night (Realta Nua).

Don't remember much about it, but I do. It was a pretty decent show back when I watched a few glimpses of it in its run.

Ah, I remember this show. I really liked the hip musical vibe and style that the show had along with its racially diverse and interesting cast tied in with some really great songs. I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers this gem of a Cartoon Network show.
