The Top Ten
1 Charli XCX Charlotte Emma Aitchison, better known by her stage name Charli XCX, is an English singer and songwriter. Her most famous songs include Boom Clap and her feature on Iggy Azalea's Fancy.

Not underrated.

2 Jess Glynne

"Underrated" means not noticed or appreciated for its true worth, and that is exactly what Jess Glynne is. She isn't known to everyone, like Beyoncé or someone like that, but she is quite talented. Her voice is beautiful, deep, and soulful - and if you've ever heard "Take Me Home" by her, you know what I'm talking about. Glynne absolutely deserves more recognition than she gets. Her songs "Don't Be So Hard On Yourself", "No Rights No Wrongs", and "Gave Me Something" (to name a few) are all beautifully written. Just take a listen to her music.

3 Taylor Swift Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She was born on December 13, 1989, in Reading, Pennsylvania. Swift is best known for writing personal songs and has won 13 Grammy Awards... read more

I think you need to define or probably re-define exactly what is meant by "Underrated", since TS and several others on this list are hyped on T.V. and social media from here to eternity 24/7. No matter how good or bad you may think she is, she could in no way, shape or form be considered underrated.

Some of her songs are underrated like "I know places" and "Tim McGraw"

4 Iggy Azalea Amethyst Amelia Kelly, born June 7, 1990 known professionally as Iggy Azalea, is an Australian rapper, singer, songwriter, and model.

How is she underatted? She gets a lot of attention from the media. I wouldn't say overrated but she has a few hits and people do talk about her.

5 Jackie Evancho Jacqueline Marie "Jackie" Evancho is an American classical crossover singer who gained wide recognition at an early age. Since 2009, she has issued an EP and eight albums, including a platinum and gold album, and three Billboard 200 top 10 debuts. Evancho's latest album 'The Debut', was her eighth consecutive release to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Classical Albums chart. In 2017, Evancho performed the U.S. national anthem at the presidential inauguration of Donald Trump and became the youngest person ever to perform a concert series at Café Carlyle.

Jackie is now 15 years old but people are still "discovering" her. Several albums, three PBS specials, a movie role and numerous special event performances are included in her body of work. She has traveled the world and sung duets with the greats. Someday she'll get the fame she deserves.

13 Art Garfunkel Arthur Ira "Art" Garfunkel is an American singer, poet and actor. He partnered in his earlier years with Paul Simon in the folk rock duo Simon & Garfunkel.

Artie is working only very small intimate venues in recent years, and only occasionally at that, his glory days long behind him at age 73. When he peaked, he was the scintillating lead voice, soaring above what many consider the greatest pop/rock song production of all time [with a little help from Phil 'the killer' Spector], and at one point even voted the greatest song ever written [by his pal Paul Simon]. Where could anybody go from there?

The man who the world knew as David Bowie was an actor, a painter, a philosopher, and many other things. His influence on fashion, music, and pop culture in general remains as his legacy--along, of course, with his unforgettable music.
