Top Ten Most Underrated Songs of the 2020s
Great songs of the music landscape of the 2020s decade that never got the attention they deserve. Whether it's because the artist is not famous (yet) or because it's overshadowed by the rest of their discography.
Royal Blood in general is underrated.

A melody that's immensely memorable, strong emotive vocal delivery and don't get me started on these heavenly cinematic drums!
Never even heard of it before seeing this list, but it is good.

Roxi Drive embodies the 80s like no other current musician can. She live the campy fashion lifestyle and breathes pure neon. But even without the gimmick: her music is just simply good! Those are great pop earworms.

The Newcomers

This song was released in July 2020 and it's 1 of the most underrated songs I've heard.

This song is amazing, plus it's the 1st post reunion song MCR has released. I'm hoping they play this song at the concert I'm going to in October.

It's almost as iconic as "Physical" and "Blinding Lights", and straight up better than "Stay". It's a prime example of how great this updated modern approach to the Flashdance style is, and what good outcome we can expect of this wave.

As part of the Kelly Family, then young Patricia Kelly had a glowing career full of hits in Europe. Like much of her family, her solo music still has strong album sales, but unlike her brother Michael Patrick Kelly, her solo songs don't make it big on the charts anymore. Which is sad, as "Doll" is a strong female empowerment anthem.

Written by Ricky Wilde, brother and songwriter of new wave icon, Nina's "Runaway" is one of the most radio ready infectious synthwave singles ever released. The rhythm is just addictive and her voice is silky smooth as it slides over them.

The most unexpected comeback of the 2020s is not ABBA, but the Estonian all female rock band that set ablaze the 2000s. Out of their first album in 15 years, "The Reason is You" is the highlight, reminiscent of Kelly Clarkson style pop rock but with the distinct Vanilla Ninja touch.

Brandon Scott caught public attention as one of the biggest success stories of TLC's "My 600 lb Life". But don't let that fool you: this is far more than just a cash grab from a trashy TV show, as Scott is a talented singer and writer, and his debut single "Handcuffed To A Demon" is a radio ready rock ballad.
