1 Emperor Palpatine Sheev Palpatine (also known by his Sith identity Darth Sidious and publicly as Senator Palpatine, then Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, and later Emperor Palpatine) is a fictional character and one of the primary antagonists of the Star Wars franchise, mainly portrayed by Ian McDiarmid.

The best villain. He is the perfect villain, a tyrant, sadistic, manipulative, ruthless and a evil genius. He is the Star Wars version of Satan. He manipulated the galaxy.
Darth Vader is a weak fool overrated. Sidious stomps!

He rule the galaxy as Emperor and never gets credit for being the greatest Sith to ever live!

Mace Windu is awesome. I was so disappointed when (Spoiler Alert) in episode 3 he died.

4 Qui-Gon Jinn Qui-Gon Jinn is a fictional character in the Star Wars saga, portrayed by Liam Neeson and is one of the main protagonists in the 1999 film Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.

Qui-Gon is more important to the story of Star Wars than most people realize. Without him Anakin wouldn't have been discovered and no Anakin, no Star Wars. So that means Qui-Gon is just as or maybe even more important than Anakin

Would like to see more about Qui-Gon.

9 Darth Plagueis Darth Plagueis is a fictional character in the Star Wars universe. Originally a Muun named Hego Demask, Plagueis trained under Darth Tenebrous. After he murdered Tenebrous, Plagueis, mentored a young Palpatine. Palpatine eventually joined Plagueis as his Sith apprentice. Plagueis is first mentioned in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Plagueis served as the primary focus of a 2012 novel, Darth Plagueis, written by James Luceno.

Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise?

I thought not. It's not a story the Jedi would tell you. It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life... He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful... the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. It's ironic...he could save others from death, but not himself.

In the Star Wars sequel trilogy, Kylo Ren is portrayed by Adam Driver.

Kylo needs more credit for what he does and way better then REY

12 Jar Jar Binks Jar Jar Binks is a fictional character from the Star Wars saga created by George Lucas. A major character in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, he also has a smaller role in Episode II: Attack of the Clones, and a one-line cameo in Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, and the television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The character has earned negative reception for his voice, his clumsiness and the fact that he can't take care of himself. He has earned a reputation of being one of the most hated characters in cinema.

Jar Jar is so underrated! Whenever I watch his scenes, I just smile. He's so dumb! He brings light to the Star Wars saga.

He hasn't had enough character development since Season 1 and even then he is still pushed back. I hope he gets more development in Season 4.

He needs to have more episodes just about him as he hasn't had enough compared to the others.

Needs to be given more character than just the muscle.
