Seriously, which heartless criminal would hate this?! Just look at those irresistible eyes, cute boopy pink nose and pretty shade of blue! It’s design is unique and adorable. Is some stupid ugly kalos cheap ripoff of vulpix really better (ahem Fennekin)?! NOPE.
And what does it evolve into? A gorgeous mermaid seal queen, who is probably the most powerful and prettiest water type of all time. GO PRIMARINA! Honestly, Delphox is a damn ugly fire fox witch and if I see ONE more fire fox Pokémon I swear I will LOSE IT...
While, Yes, He used to be underrated, Now I feel like a Pokémon that deserves this spot better is Litten. Allow me to explain In one sentence. The moment Litten evolved into Incineroar, Nobody wanted Him, The world was all Popplio and Rowlet. Need I say more? Please, Don't let Litten Be the Tepig of Gen 7.

Chespin, known in Japan as Harimaron, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. Seriously, Chespin is by far the most underrated Pokemon. When my friends played Pokemon X and Y. EVERYBODY chose fennekin and froakie... I had never seen anybody. In YouTube or anywhere use Chespin. I feel sad for this little guy :(
So reliable and can EASILY take hits from any move. (4x weak to flying isn't good though >-<) Still love him to death

Tepig, known in Japan as Pokabu, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. Best Fire Starter ever! It's design when fully evolved is awesome and when starting out it's cute, It has a versatile move pool with options like flamethrower, Fire blast, brick break, focus blast, rollout, stone edge, grass knot, and even scald, and it has the stats to back them up. Low speed? Flame charge will fix that. Low defense? Set up a dual screen prior. It's not the most conventional fire starter, but it is really useful once you get used to it and you can make it different every time you play through with it. That's why I think it's the best and deserves more love.
This guy is my favorite, Snivy gets a lot of attention and I don't know anyone who picks this guy, who cares if it's another fire/fighting type, he's cute, cool, and useful

Bulbasaur, known in Japan as Fushigidane, is the first Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. Ahh my favorite starter being shadowed by that stupid turtle and a lizard whos tail is on fire seriously this is a dinosaur and a plant what else would you want for a starter? he is the best for the gym types and is being underrated because of that fire dragon which is too simple and a big turtle with cannons seriously use solar beam and those cannons are off he is such a good starter grass starters are my favourite starters u know why? they are cute and they pack quite a punch. Bulbuasaur don't worry 1 day will be the day when 2 of those starters fall down in popularity and you will BLAST in popularity
Could easily defeat a Charmander with a higher level. I feel so much sympathy for this little guy. He needs to be number one. Gym wise, he's actually the absolute best. He's just always overshadowed by the other starters. Please, show your sympathy, and make Bulbasuar great again.
Bulbasaur is the best. He's perfect for new trainers and has type advantages over a lot of gyms, but everyone picks Charmander just because he looks 'cooler'. Bulbasaur also has a cool dual type of grass and poison, and he is the only starter to ever have that from the start apart Rowlet (grass and flying) from the upcoming Pokémon Sun and Moon games. Bulbasaur's strong and cute, not to mention he is number ONE in the national dex. More people should choose Bulbasaur, he's the first Pokémon in the Pokédex for a reason.
Poor Bulbasaur, he was always shadowed by charmander and squirtle. He is cute and powerful, therefore, I think he should be number one
Chikorita, known in Japan as Chicorita, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. EXTREMELY UNDERRATED! While she's very weak with fighting gyms and other, and final evolution is so bland that Bayleef is so much detailed and better designed than Meganium, especially Chikorita's design is better than Meganium! But she need lots of love... Some people does love the Chikorita! I'm glad that, instead all of these Charmanders Charmanders and Charmanders...

O come on,chikorita should be number one! This starter is WAY overshadowed by totodile and typhlosion. And truth be told it's very good once u get the hang of it

This Pokemon is now overrated, because all the time they do saying "Like if you think Snivy is the best! " and etc, and this is not even fair, Tepig is little bit hated than Snivy and everyone thinks it's badass and cool and cute, I don't think so it's kinda weird, but hey it's my opinion.
A ivy is super underrated. Once you get your hands on a serperior and a lawnmower rotom, you can switch out leaf storms with the recoil having no effect!

Torchic, known in Japan as Achamo, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. Underrated? This is no doubt one of the most overrated starters ever, I mean without mega, Blaziken is in Ubers and has one of the best abilities a medium fast Pokémon would dream, Speed Boost.

Delphox, known in Japan as Mahoxy, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. People say that it's overrated and that it overshadowes Chesnaught just because it has more fanart but everybody hates it! I mean don't make me hate Chesnaught! I don't hate it now, but if you keep doing this I might. I don't see much Chesnaught hate compared to Delphox hate. It may have a lot of fanart but tons and tons of hate. Let's face it, Delphox is not overrated, it's the biggest hate collector in all of Pokémon history!
Delphox may not be the best designed starter but does the looks really matter?
Greninja and Chesnaught are both really cool but Delphox is my favourite starter and is way more underrated!
Oshawott, known in Japan as Mijumaru, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. I wasn't that fussed on this pokemon, until I found out something cool. that shell on it's belly is used like a SAMURAI SWORD. they even have competitons to see which Oshawott has the best shell! If that isn't awesome I don't know what is!
He's really cute and really good and for what! He's the most hated and frankly most underrated water starter and better yet, the most underrated starter!

I agree. When playing Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Omega Ruby, or Alpha Sapphire, people always go with either Treeko or Torchic.

Glad he's getting Thunder Punch and Drain Punch in US/UM but it hurts that my 2 favorite fire starters (2 Incineroar 1 Charizard) get so much hate for either being popular or because people are so nitpicky. And he shoots fire from HIS BELT!
This was the best starter of the gen 7, sadly overshadowed by decidueye and primarina.

Very underrated and super strong

Eevee can evolve to Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon depending on the method used. It serves as the mascot in the game Pokemon: Let's Go, Eevee! People don't even consider it a starter but have yall played lets go Eevee?

Fennekin where to start my love for you puts a fire in my heart if I lived in kalos I would want you to be my start... er. Anyway after that poem of love for a pokemon I love foxes fire types kitsunes and beautiful pokemon now eevee may be my favorite pokemon but fennekin would be a definet yes on my team.
