41 Kentucky Kentucky Kentucky, officially the Commonwealth of Kentucky, is a state located in the east south-central region of the United States.

Everybody knows about them for KFC, which is bull. Kentucky has a lot of scenic beauty with mostly friendly people. People stereotype KY as being a racist confederate state, but if they actually knew their history, they would know Kentucky was a UNION border state that simply allowed slavery! Granted, the state is corrupt politically, and Mitch McConnell and Kim Davis are complete morons. But as a state, Kentucky doesn't deserve all of the crap it gets. And I'm not kidding about the state being beautiful. Mountains, forests, cities, rolling hills, farmland, Kentucky has it all. In Autumn it can be absolutely gorgeous to drive through the countryside. They aren't the best state, but Kentucky's not that bad.

42 Wyoming Wyoming Wyoming is a state in the mountain region of the Western United States. The state is the tenth largest by area, but the least populous and the second least densely populated of the 50 United States.

This state is so quiet but that's good, for being born in Wyoming, I believe that the equality state is very underrated. The history is rich as well as the scenery, and it's filled with incredible landmarks and national parks!

Wyoming is very underrated. The people are great, the scenery is beautiful and diverse, people are friendly, and no gangs of any sort.

Wyoming is beautiful, the Oregon trails bleed into it, Yellowstone is gorgeous, Old Faithful, and as a skier, the skiing is great. Great great place.

There is hardly any action going on in Wyoming.

Everyone thinks this is all desert but the city lights are so bright, beautiful landscapes, tons of mountain ranges, valleys, canyons, and the number one gambling place!

45 South Carolina South Carolina South Carolina is a state in the southeastern region of the United States. The state is bordered to the north by North Carolina, to the south and west by Georgia across the Savannah River, and to the east by the Atlantic Ocean.

No one else would comment so I felt bad

Interesting history, but that's pretty much it.

It's not that bad,

Not underrated its overrated yea we have charleston and myrtle beach but that's pretty much it if you don't live in those places literally nothing cool goes on. not to mention the high poverty and crime rates. to be honest there's not a lot of good scenery (besides the beaches)

46 Missouri Missouri Missouri is a state located in the Midwestern United States. It is the 21st most extensive, and the 18th most populous of the fifty states.

47 Montana Montana Montana is a state in the Western region of the United States. The state's name is derived from the Spanish word montaƱa.

Montana is beautiful. It definitely should not be #42 on this list. Seriously, the scenery, the hiking, the mountains, it's all gorgeous, anybody who's anybody should visit at least once in their life.

Not underrated. Too many immigrants that are illegal, and are ignorant. And fat and ugly.
