Top Ten Most Underrated Zelda Games
These Zelda games are some that are great but don't get the attention that they deserve. The Minish Cap is one of my favorite games for the Game Boy Advance. I would call it one of the greatest. Why such bold accusations? Well, I'll tell you. Minish Cap is full of lots of charm, and has a very good companion in Ezlo and the story is very well told for a Game Boy Advance game against in the early 2000's. This game is simply a masterpiece.
The only thing I didn't like: there were too many side quests! It's frustriating for someone who likes to complete games 100% like me. Other than that it's a pretty decent game.
I just finished playing this and it might be my favorite Zelda ever.
This is one of the best Zelda games
Arguably the most beautiful Zelda, Skyward Sword had motion controls which were almost universally panned, but I always thought that it was too harsh to put their motion controls down when other games such as Mario Galaxy have, at best, average motion controls. Overall, a great game, I recommend it for anyone who loves swordfighting or Zelda.
Everyone seems to hate this game a lot. It's not that bad. Actually, it's one of my favorites.
This is Zelda's most creative idea since Wind Waker. You might think this is just a enhanced edition of A Link to the Past, but this is more than just a enhanced version. In this game, Link has a different sprite, having more akin to his 8/16-bit era appearances. But the coup de gráce for this game is the ability to blend in with the walls. An awesome feature for an awesome game.
Perfect story, soundtrack, dungeons and it introduced us to Ravio and Hilda, the best characters in the series!
Whoever said this is overrated is wrong. It’s one of the more underappreciated games in the series
The original. People always seem to just call it just that. They don't mention it's amazing soundtrack. They forget it's memorable quotes (IT'S DANGEROUS TO GO ALONE! TAKE THIS). But most of all, they ignore the exploration focused gameplay the Shigeru Miyamoto strived to put into the game. His vision would give us one of the greatest games of the 8-bit era.
The art is what made this game for me. OoT, MM, and the earlier games like LTTP were great, but this has the artistic charm that matches the weirdness of the world. It's my favorite Zelda game
Phenomenal graphics, unique characters and full of charm; if you didn't play this game because of the art style, I feel so sorry for you.
I enjoy this game a lot. So why is this so underrated?
I love the theme and music of this game.
yes, this is the hidden treasure of the Legend of Zelda series. I personally love the huge challenge and it's RPG element. The boss and enemy designs are so intimidating, so it makes your adventure even more exhilerating. I love this game and wish more people would get it on the eshop and give it a chance. Use the save state if you need to and anyone play and complete this one.
It's the only game in the series to have side-scrolling elements. Therefore it's unique, in a very nifty way. It also introduced xp and leveling up to the series. Great game overall. Oh, did I forget to mention Dark Link.
Extremely underrated. One of the best.
A Link to the Past is the best Nintendo could have done for a 16-bit Zelda. Yeah, it's weird that he has pink hair, but who cares when the gameplay is addicting and the music is incredibly well done. If you try it, I'll almost guarantee you'll love it.
Looking at this game, I thought it was going to be stupid Tingle doing Tingle things. It was actually Stupid Tingle doing Zelda things. Not a lot of people know about this one, but if I were you, I'd give it a go.
I don't even know what this is...
Underrated just in the sense that it inspired so many memes. Some memes include, but are not limited to: DINNER, Oh boy! I'm so hungry, I could eat an Octorok, Great! I can't wait to bomb some Dodongos and YOU MUST DIE!
Pretty obviously the most underrated Zelda game. How is it not at least in the top 3 of this list? This isn't just a best game list, it's an underrated list, and this game is SO much better than it gets credit for!
I really don't understand why everyone hates this game. Technically if someone hates this game that means they hate oot if they hate this game because there kinda simular in a way. I always see people kissing we's butt although that game is bland and boring most of that game is just sailing and doing nothing allthough it's some how a masterpiece. But TP is yea UNDERRATED like a lot the graphic's are beatiful seriously I allways go back to places like zora's domain and Faron woods just to see it's beatifulness. This games dungeons too I voted for arbitrates grounds in the top 50 Zelda dungeons too I all ready talked about that dungeon their so yeah. Any ways other ones like Snowpeak ruins are also cool GET IT HAHAAHA LOLZ THAT WAS ALSO A JOKE BECAUSE SHORT FOR LEGEND OF ZELDA AND THAT ONLY ONE LETTER OFF although that's the only part of the joke oh.... Any way yeah you get the point tp's dungeons are good also it's a really dark and creepy game HELL IT'S RATED TEEN well MM should have ...more
Wolf Link and Midna are so cool.
Ah, Majora's Mask, where to begin. You can become anything from a Deku Scrub to a Zora. It easily has Ganon at his most destructive and the story is beautifully dark. Twilight Princess tried to pull it off as well, but it just couldn't come up to the great Majora's Mask.
Overrated for having the "darkest storyline"
See Zelda: Wand of Gamelon but replace those memes with ones that originated from this game, such as: Squadala, Gee, it sure is BOriNG around here, Mah boi and You will die.
Have you seen ZELDA'S face? She looks like she has wrinkle lines...
This game sucks
