1 Alabama Alabama is a state located in the southeastern region of the United States. It is bordered by Tennessee to the north, Georgia to the east, Florida and the Gulf of Mexico to the south, and Mississippi to the west.

Moved here from the western US. I didn't think there could be more negligent, stupid people in one place. I've had locals drive their car thru my front yard. The driving is horrendous. And then road rage is out of control. We are selling out. Don't bother coming here even for a visit. The locals are so dumb it's impossible to verbally communicate.

People there are almost 21 and getting out of middle school.

2 Mississippi Mississippi is a southern U.S. state with the Mississippi River to its west, the state of Alabama to its east, and the Gulf of Mexico to the south.

Probably the worst state in America. Super poor, bad education, high crime rate (even though it's not that populated) Just very scary

I was born in Mississippi and left there at the age of 22, after college. Tribalism, not ignorance, is the state's biggest problem. And, even worse, most of the people there are actually proud of their unbelievable level of ignorance. Mississippi is also now rated as having the most corrupt government in the nation. - The only good thing about Mississippi is the beautiful white women there, who also are dumber than a rock.

How is the people dumb but the lung technique was made and a regulated in Mississippi by James D. Hardy. Some people could have died way before if this technique was not made. And all the resources in was from Mississippi.

This is one of the dumbest states along with New York. Democrat governments voted in by dumb city folks looking for handouts. I don't care how educated you are. The world is not roses, and liberals are the ultimate idealists. Stop being dumb and let's start handling things realistically.

Had a chance to repeal an illegally applied gas tax of 12cents a gal and they vote to keep it cause there told the freeway overpasses will fall down and roads will fall apart. Morons morons morons.
