Top 10 Video Game Franchises We Should Let Go OfElsa from Frozen is right. LET IT GO! Seriously, don't we all think that we have had enough of these franchises already? I mean, we have moved on to other things, but no matter what happens, they just won't go away. We don't hate these video game franchises. We just believe that it's time for them to be over.
The Top Ten
Sonic has already been ruined a lot of times, so unless Sonic Boom is cancelled, Sega finally makes good Sonic games once again, they make a Mario & Sonic crossover with Nintendo (Olympic Games series don't count.), and Sonic's 25th anniversary is a success, the best thing to do is put this hedgehog out of his misery & end his dead spin for good.
Look everybody. Things have changed. Mario Kart is still popular, while F-Zero just isn't doing anything recently. In fact, there was never any games to support this franchise for the Wii, or DS. But, if you're still complaining, I would suggest that Nintendo should release F-Zero Climax outside of Japan on Wii U Virtual Console, or 3DS eShop. By the way, all of you people should know FAST Racing NEO, a game coming to the Wii U, is ABSOLUTELY NOT an F-Zero game, or spiritual successor to the franchise, or even a game made by Nintendo. It's a Wii U game made by Shin'en.
Crash Bandicoot is dead already. Naughty Dog isn't make games about him anymore & it looks like we won't be seeing him anytime soon. But you know what, that doesn't mean we still love him & he can still join Super Smash Bros. for 3DS & Wii U.
Don't worry, though. If you still want some Ape Escape mania, I suggest that someone should make a petition telling Sony Computer Entertainment to release Ape Escape Million Monkeys, Ape Escape Racing & Ape Escape Saru Saru Big Mission outside of Japan.
PaRappa the Rapper-PlayStation 1
Um Jammer Lammy-PlayStation 1
PaRappa the Rapper 2-PlayStation 2
There isn't any PaRappa the Rapper 3 on the PS3, which means this franchise is dead. I know it would be nice for PaRappa to return, but it's time to move on to other rhythm games like Guitar Hero & Rock Band.
When will people realize this is not the new Mario?
I know a lot of you want Banjo-Threeie, but this franchise is over already. Developers from Rare have went to make their own studio, Playtonic Games, and are planning to release a spiritual successor, Yooka-Laylee in 2016. So, that's enough for Banjo-Kazooie. Yooka-Laylee will carry their legacy.
When the FNAF movie & Five Nights At Freddy's World get released, the series must end afterwards. Seriously, four games, an upcoming movie & an RPG spin-off should be enough.
