Turns out the game footage shown at E3 wasn't featured in the game. At all. As such, it is not only liable to be sued under false advertising, but was back in April 2013 for over a million dollars. While they lost, it did show how angry people were about being screwed by greedy game developers/publishers and decided to stand out against them.
