I think the gba has a port and snes has a remaster but that's it.
I have an idea for a remake of this video game. Let's combine the 16-Bit version (Genesis) with the 8-Bit Version (Master System & Game Gear). Here are the list of zones.

Also, one more thing. Let's have Sonic swim because he is a hedgehog & hedgehogs can swim. I can't believe Sega was so stupid to think Sonic can't swim. If you're a veteran of the Sonic series, then you might consider this to be a nice touch to Sonic's beginning. If you're new to Sonic the Hedgehog, then you might enjoy the experience many fans of Sonic have had. This could save Sonic's reputation.
