1 Electro (Spiderman) Electro is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Maxwell "Max" Dillon, the first Electro, is an enemy of Spider-Man who gained the ability to control electricity after being struck by lightning while working on a power line.

Especially the live action version

3 Robbie Rotten (Lazy Town) Robbie Rotten (played by Stefán Karl Stefánsson) is a lazy man who continuously formulates feckless schemes in which he masquerades in a disguise to lure the residents away from their newly-active lifestyles. He passionately abhors the influence of Stephanie and Sportacus on the townspeople. A number of his plans are intended to do away with them. Ironically, Robbie places so much effort into his schemes that he becomes one of LazyTown's most active citizens. Since late 2016, Robbie Rotten became a pop culture phenomenon with the “We Are Number One” meme.

He just wants to relax and eat some cake, but he is always disturbed by those annoying kids and S P O T A F L O P.

Everyone seems mad in Lazy Town.

He is not bad he is only stupid

The true hero.

4 Sid (Toy Story)

I don't think Sid was the villain we perceived him to be. If you pay close attention to detail, it's obvious he was neglected. He didn't seem to have any friends that we know of, thanks to the scene when Buzz realizes that he is a toy, we know his Dad is a bit of lazy slob and a drunkard, and it's obvious he didn't have much of a relationship with his mother either. Honestly, who allows their kid to use explosives and blow things up in the backyard? And since he had no way of knowing that toys were sentient, he can't be a true villain. While Sid was a brat, he was simply a product of his environment. And he does give up his torturing of toys after finding out they're alive and being traumatized.

Where are his parents? He obviously destroys toys because of deep issues.

5 Captain Hook (Peter Pan) Captain James Hook is a fictional character, the antagonist of J. M. Barrie's play Peter Pan; or, the Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up and its various adaptations, in which he is Peter Pan's archenemy.

For being the protagonist, Peter can be quite cruel. He cut off Hook's hand and fed it to the crocodile for no reason except his own amusement. Now the crocodile follows Hook relentlessly to finish him off. And Peter seems to take a lot of pleasure in seeing Hook in life threatening situations. I can see why Hook wants revenge so badly.

I feel very sorry for Captain James Hook, Because His hand gets cut off by Peter Pan and throw it to the Crocodile.

Poor Captain James Hook, He was abused by the Flying Scurvy Brat called Peter Pan.

He wasn't all bad. It's in Jake and the Neverland Pirates where he was ruined.

6 Megamind (Megamind)

He is good now

7 Baby Doll (Batman: The Animated Series)
8 Walter Keane (Big Eyes)
9 Smeagol/Gollum (The Lord Of The Rings) Gollum is a fictional character from J. R. R. Tolkien's legendarium. He was introduced in the 1937 children's fantasy novel The Hobbit, and became an important supporting character in its sequel, The Lord of the Rings. In Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings and Hobbit trilogies, he is portrayed via motion capture by Andy Serkis.

I like it but I hate strongly

The character returned in The Amazing Spider-Man #18 and #19, and was soon depicted in other comics, such as The Incredible Hulk and The Fantastic Four.
