Top Ten Villains You Wish Weren't Villains

Top ten Villains who you really wish weren't villains.
The Top Ten
1 Loki Odinson Loki Laufeyson, or Loki Odinson, is a fictional character appearing in the American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is the adoptive brother and archenemy of Thor, and is known as the "God of Mischief". In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the character has been portrayed by Tom Hiddleston.

One of the world's favorite villains, I think everyone wishes that Loki hadn't gone crazy. His back story is heart breaking and he is misunderstood by everyone (but the fans, or so we like to believe)
Hopefully we'll see his return with the second avengers movie!

Probably the biggest and funniest villain ever, actually the second, with Gru being number 1.

2 Light Yagami Light Yagami is a fictional character and the protagonist of the manga series Death Note, created by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata.

Probably the main character in death note, I don't see how you can't not love Light. I just wish he wasn't obsessed with creating a perfect world

3 Moriarty
4 Khan

Interesting character

5 Lucifer

Lucifer from supernatural is probably one of the most awesome sassy characters ever

With so much power is bad one day and walked into the path of good

6 The Joker The Joker is a fictional super villain created by Bill Finger, Bob Kane, and Jerry Robinson who first appeared in the debut issue of the comic book Batman (April 25, 1940) published by DC Comics. Credit for the Joker's creation is disputed; Kane and Robinson claimed responsibility for the Joker's design, while acknowledging Finger's writing contribution. Although the Joker was planned to be killed off during his initial appearance, he was spared by editorial intervention, allowing the character to endure as the archenemy of the superhero Batman. The Joker has also been included in many other platforms such as the Arkham game series, the DC animated universe, Young Justice, graphic novels, and ...read more.

I dunno, people just seem to love the joker, I just thought I'd put him here.

7 Smaug Smaug is a fictional character and the primary antagonist in J. R. R. Tolkien's 1937 novel The Hobbit. In Peter Jackson's The Hobbit trilogy, he was portrayed via motion capture by Benedict Cumberbatch.

Oh for god's sake, he's a /dragon/, everyone loves dragons!

8 Hans

Hans, (frozen) yes he's a jerk... but Do you remember how cute him and Anna were in the first half of the movie? Wouldn't you've loved it if he wasn't a jerk and they stayed together

I am so mad he was a jerk I thought anna and hans were going to live happily ever after

9 Mary Watson

Well she's not really evil, but she did try to shoot Sherlock and I wish she hadn't so eh. I just wish she wasn't evil
Yes I do hate Mary, she claimed to love john but saw what happened to him after he lost Sherlock, and was still willing to shoot him. That's enough to make her a villain in my eyes.

10 Peter Pettigrew

Ok then...Sirius Black did kill Peter Pettigrew. Ron still has his rat Scabbers who is getting older. Cedric Diggory didn't die and Voldemort didn't come back, Harry was not a Tri-wizard champion and the real Mad Eye Moody taught them but seeing as the job was cursed he left the school when he felt he was going mad, Harry tried to stop him like with Lupin..how did he find out he was a werewolf? When Lupin was fighting Sirius who was then sent back to Azkaban. How will Voldemort come back? Find out when someone else breaks out of Azkaban.

If he hadn't turned evil and betrayed Lily and James, there would be no Harry Potter books. But His friendship with the rest of the marauders was so cute! Also, I can relate to him and I don't want to be the one who turns evil in the end...

Well I am sort of happy but sorta sad.

The Contenders
11 Raditz Raditz is an anime fictional character from the anime series, Dragon Ball Z, created by Akira Toriyama.

I love Raditz, despite being evil and sadistic. And I wish he could have came back and switched sides. I mean, he's Goku's brother for God's sake. He should have had a second chance. Vegeta did.

12 Sasori of the Red Sand Sasori is a fictional character from the manga and anime franchise Naruto, created by Masashi Kishimoto.

Sasori wasn't always bad. He was adorable and sweet when he was a child. He lost his parents at a very young age, and when he realized the puppets he created couldn't provide actual love, he turned cold and had little regard for human life. And he wasn't defeated by Sakura; he allowed himself to be killed by his grandmother Chiyo. Chiyo even says so. He chose to die. R.I.P. Sasori you definitely made Naruto worth watching.

13 The Grinning Man (Silent Hill)

The story as well as the character are flawed and could have been more developed, but I still think the character of The Grinning Man is unique in his own little way. It would be awesome if he was a protagonist rather than an antagonist and used his spells for good rather than evil. It stinks that his character is flawed, not to mention evil.

14 Zabuza Momochi Zabuza Momochi was the first major antagonist of the Naruto manga and anime series. He was an S-class Rogue Ninja from the Land of Water's Hidden Mist Village and the master and teacher of Haku Yuki.
15 Blix (Legend)

He's a goblin who works for the Lord of Darkness. But he's kind of cool, so I wish he didn't.

16 Gru Felonius Gru is the main character of Despicable Me, Despicable Me 2, and Despicable Me 3, alongside Mel and a minor character in Minions.

He doesn't want to do anything horrible or seriously evil. all he wants to do is steal the moon.

You can't steal the moon that's impossible!

17 Suzuki (Bruce Lee Fights Back from the Grave)

Bruce Lee Fights Back From the Grave could have been better, but I loved the character of Suzuki. I would have loved to have seen more of him. I would have also liked to seen him as a good guy. Why do the coolest characters always have to be evil?

18 Jason the Toymaker

Like many Creepypastas there's a backstory. I would be his friend and I would never abandon him.

19 Jareth the Goblin King Jareth The Goblin King is a character played by David Bowie. He is king of the labriynth and he is quite evil. He is known for his striking appearance : Crazy hair, eye makeup and a fashionable costume.

An awesome character played by rock star David Bowie. This guy is really cool, but he's the main antagonist in Labyrinth. I would have liked to see him as a good guy. The best characters always seem to be the bad guys, which really stinks.

20 Haruka Seameyer

Some people may see him as weird and irritating, but I actually like him. He wasn't always evil and psychotic, and he's a genius. My heart practically melts in episode 12, when he loses to Kyouma and sees his old teacher, Shidou Yurizaki, who pats him on the head just before disappearing. To me, that was just beautiful.

21 Caesar Clown
22 The Grinch The Grinch is a fictional character created by Dr. Seuss. He first appeared as the main character of the 1957 Christmas story How the Grinch Stole Christmas! In 1982, he appeared in a crossover with the Cat in the Hat, with the 25 minute episode 'The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat' and in 2018 will get another movie after the 2000 movie: 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas', with Jim Carrey playing the Grinch. In 2018, Benedict Cumberbatch has taken on the role and will play the character in 2018's 'The Grinch'.

In the version with Jim Carrey, the Mayor is the reason the Grinch hated Christmas because he bullied him and humiliated him as a child, which makes the Mayor an even bigger villain than the Grinch. Then he brings back bad memories at the whobilation when he gives him a razor for his gift. Shame on you, Mayor May Who.

23 Gozu (Naruto)
24 Meizu (Naruto)
25 Mini-Me

Mini-Me actually isn't that bad. And he switches sides in Goldmember.
