Negan is a fictional character from the comic book series The Walking Dead and is portrayed by Jeffrey Dean Morgan in the American television series of the same name. Even in the show! While people may tend to disagree with me, I am glad we finally have a villain that can stand up to Rick because Rick lost his humanity so much and it made me hate him so I finally get to see a villain teach Rick a lesson to prove that Rick is NOT Judge, Jury and Executioner! Negan is also sinister, evil and a badass every time he just grins. Definitely the BEST villain in The Walking Dead universe!
Lucille is my favorite part of Neegan I just wish he had rammed her through that hole in Carl's head! I know that will never happen since the creator already said he was his favorite character. Think I would have rather saw him come out of that barn than Sophia plus I wouldn't have to hear Rick yell Carl anymore.

A villain with a much more defining character development. Negan just comes off as a big bully to me. The Governor, to me at least, was the jack of all trades: he had the personality, the intelligence, the wit, and most importantly, his inner savagery. Unlike Negan, the Governor seems to show conflict whenever he's on the edge, which is why I love him as a villain, because it shows the level of humanity that it still within him, despite how he presents himself.
