5 Pre-evolution is better and cuter

Pichu is really bad. Worst in Smash. Eevee's strong, and that Z Move though.

6 Doesn't have a million clones

Plusle and Minun, Pachirisu, Emolga, and Dedenne. Does Mimikyu count? Mimikyu's good, but the one's in the released games just aren't good.
