1 Be Yourself

I had to hear this from someone a lot younger than me. He makes a lot of sense. You know who you are. Thank you.

This is Who I am & I'm proud to be Me Though I have issues it makes me more relatable & interesting!

2 Don't Dwell On the Past

Why dwell on something we can't change? Keep moving forward. Don't look back.

3 Think Positive

There is a little saying: "Change nothing in your life and nothing in your life will change." Only we have the power to make things how we want them. We can do it!

Be optimistic in life. It's how you succeed in it.

4 Laugh

Laughter is important. It releases positive chemicals in the body that make you feel like you can do almost anything.

5 Cry

Never bottle anything up. If you need to cry, DO IT! You will feel better for it.

6 Try Something New Everyday

Never fall into the same routine everyday. How can you move forward if you do.

7 Be Kind

Kindness is something of which we all have an unlimited supply. Share it!

Doing something good at least once a day make you and others feel good.

8 Breathe

Not as daft as it sounds. Proper breathing excercises can relax the body and mind.

9 Relax

Make time during the day to just... Relax! Listen to your favourite music; even if you only have time to listen once to a favourite four minute song. Make those four minutes count.
