Weakest Anime Characters that Need Rescuing

I cannot stand this character. She was terrible in Part 1 of Naruto because all she ever did was fawn over Sasuke and treat Naruto like crap. Even Naruto has saved you! And you cry all the time! Then in Shippuden she had potential but then never used it. The most she did was defeat Sasori but Granny Chiyo did most of that. I don't care if she's more of a healer than a fighter, that's not what really bothers me. What really bothers me is her choices or lack thereof. Her personality is just terrible! She's still fawning over Sasuke even though he's tried to kill you three times! You say you're going to kill him but lack the resolve to do so and need Kakashi and Naruto to save you. How can you end up marrying him and having his child? Then he just leaves you with your daughter to raise by yourself. How can you be this way?! No wonder Kishimoto says he's bad at writing female characters, you couldn't even write the female lead right!

Mainly the original Naruto series. While Sakura is really helpful later on, in the beginning she mostly fangirls over Sasuke and insults Naruto. All the strength and summoning she has isn't in earlier parts of the show. So, yeah, in the first bit I agree, but not in Shippuden.

She never does anything, and is completely useless. Oh, and you know what's worse? She's ungrateful enough that after being saved by Naruto, she hit him and thanked Sasuke instead. She should've died instead of wonderful characters like Itachi and Neji.

Fighting skills: poor

She's also really annoying especially in part 1.
Part 2? Still annoying but she's a bit more useful.

I hated this guy. Most of the problems I had with Future Diary revolved around him. Constantly whining and crying about him going to die but not doing anything about it got real old after episode 9. Yuno had to save him all the time because he couldn't do anything. Then when his dad kills his mother, he forgives him just because his dad felt sorry for doing so? What? How does that make sense? Then he kills his friends and trusts Yuno who has kidnapped and drugged you. Your so called 'friends' had to come in and save you from her. And you just kill them without any proof of Yuno's claims? What kind of poorly written character are you?

Hands down...most useless main anime protagonist ever

Weak character who can't punch a man in the face to make hims stop. Seriously, you tell Ayato to stop but if he doesn't you just succumb to his desires? What?! She never thinks about leaving or defending herself from these vampire creeps! They're harrassing you and trying to drink your blood. For the love of God, do something right! Then she has little to no personality. She's sweet and kind, that's it. I could describe tons of anime characters with that personality who are much more likable than this 'character'.

She's so weak-willed. I don't think she even TRIED to free herself from the vampires.

This kid ruined Sonic X for me personally. I could deal with some of the lazy writing, I could sort of deal with stereotyped characters but I could not for the life of me, deal with Chris Thorndyke. He's a Sonic fanboy that allows Sonic to live with him. He tries to help Sonic but gets constantly in trouble and Sonic has to rescue him. I was so happy at the beginning of Season 3 because I thought we would never see him again. But he creates a teleporter and forces himself to Sonic's world and become part of the show once again. Urgh...

This guy is just...ergh. Mr. Satan has only done one good thing in the DragonBall series. Had an amazing child named Videl. That's it. He's trying to show off how strong and tough he is but he's just a man child. He didn't 'save the world' even though the world buys it. So he's a liar and a terrible one at that. Goku and his companions saved the world. He takes credit for saving the world and winning all the time! The Cell Games, defeating Buu and took credit for winning the tournament. Here's one scene from Dragon Ball in the World Tournament Saga. When Trunks punches Mr. Satan with ease, Mr. Satan decides to 'make it easy' and forfeits in order to not hurt him. That's his excuse and the crowd believes it. Then he goes into his dressing room and cries like a little girl. That's his character in a nutshell.

Another female character who is associated with vampires. While Yuki tries to defend herself, she just can't. When a vampire breaks the rule, she has to defend her class from them. But she can't and needs Zero or Kaname to do so anyways. When she's attacked by a D Class vampire, she needs someone to save her. Then when she's attacked by the villains in the anime, she needs Zero or Kaname to save her. Sometimes both. Her personality was that of a piece of paper. She's tries sweet and loving but that's about it. There's not much going for her. Does she even have a hobby?

How dare you. Magikarp = best Pokemon

Always needs Luffy, Zoro or Sanji to protect her. She's so weak all the time, but when it comes to beating the crew members she's suddenly the strongest lol. She's so annoying

When I saw the title I thought Nami would be in top 3. Why she's so low?

So weak, but doesn't need rescuing but to be stopped as he's a villain.

I could never stand her! She's constantly toying with Takashi's feelings. She knows how he feels about her, yet she doesn't try to do anything about it. She doesn't just say I don't like you that way, let's take it slowly or even let's wait until the zombie apocalypse is over. No she keeps talking about her ex boyfriend and how much she misses him. Then she has the nerve to get jealous when Takashi is being flirted at by another girl. If you don't want him, then move on! And of course she has to be saved all the time by him. Whether by humans or zombies. She never contributed to the group and was so annoying. I was glad when Takashi smacked her across the face. She deserves it.

Why oh why, was this character type they wanted for the main series? A mix of Yukiteru Amano and Alois Trancy. He can't win a duel without Astral helping him. Twice it seems like Yuma can win a duel without Astral. But nope he needs Astral's help because Yuma sucks at duel monsters. Then he just kept whining and complaining about how annoying Astral was. When in reality, Astral was way better than Yuma. I could have come up with a better concept of Yuma while not directly ripping off the original Yu-Gi-Oh. Let's say Astral possessed Yuma's body. Yuma was in a dreamlike state and couldn't wake up. So Astral being the amnesiac alien has to try and fit in with human society, save his world, retrieve his memories and find a way to save the boy he accidentally possessed. That's ten times more interesting than Yuma needing Astral to save him dozens of times.

He dies 100% of the time & a wish must be wasted for him to bring him back just for him to die again.

This guy was just a nuisance. Like a bug that keeps getting in your face and won't leave you alone. He had a sad past and that consisted of daddy issues. So did Ciel and he's not annoying. The way he hurts his servants with violence and calls them cruel names was terrible to sit through. Claude is the only reason he's alive and he treats Claude like dirt too. Even Claude got tired of putting up with Alois and just let him die. He's the reason Black Butler II ended so badly and it's such a shame that Lucy Christian voiced this character. She's a great voice actress but she voiced this awful character.

Ok well leMME JUST SAY NO ARMIN IS NOT USELESS ARMIN IS NOT WEAK HE CAN STAND UP FOR HIMSELF AND CAN DO ANYTHING BECAUSE HE MAY NOT GE PHYSICALLY STRONG BUT HE IS BRAVE. HE IS BRAVE ENOUGH TO BE BURNT TO DEATH TO SACRIFICE EVEYONE. SO don't YOU DARE SAY HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH A TITAN BECAUSE NOW HE IS 60M METERS TALL AND CAN WRECK YOU ALL EVEN YOU THAT SAYS HE IS WEAK. OF COURSE ARMIN LIVED INSTEAD OF ERWIN SO YOU BETTER FORGET WHAT YOU SAID ABOUT THIS PURE SPICY CINNAMON TWIST BECAUSE HE IS TOO PURE FOR YOUR HARSH WORDS. long story short he is not weak.

This guy might be smart but can't do anything when he comes face to face with a titan. I wish he died instead of Erwin.

I agree but just because he is physically weak doesn't mean he's useless.
