Weakest and Most Pointless Pokemon Moves
Most Pokémon that learn it are Ground-type, which are already immune to Electric-type moves. In other words, this move is unnecessary.
Both sport moves are worthless.
The worst move by the worst pokemon!
It's the weakest attack in the series, with the only "upside" being a measly 10% chance to lower speed. Pretty terrible.
Basically just the run button, but it wastes a move slot.
Extremely useless! Nobody can benefit from this move! Should have been taken out of the game!
A really weak move with a paltry 20 power. And whenever an opponent uses it, it always poisons you.
It feels like the opponent's never poisoned when you use it.
Safeguard is completely useless! Can someone here please explain a situation where it could potentially work?

Does absolutely nothing but wish the player a happy birthday. And you only get it from an event (I'm not sure if it makes it better or worse).
A self-KOing move. Unlike other moves of that kind, which either do a ton of damage or have another useful effect like fully healing one of your Pokémon, this one just lowers stats... that can be reverted just by switching out. Just use Parting Shot, it's way better.
