Top Ten Websites That Cure Boredom

Sometimes, when there's nothing else (seemingly) better to do, you just feel like surfing the web. But going from site to site looking for amusement (with no satisfying destination in sight) can be a tedious and counterproductive exercise. Well, that's what these websites are for, my friends. Let your online diversion begin!
The Top Ten

It would have been blasphemous if I didn't put this at the top of the list. Thankfully, I truly believe it deserves the crown.

Ironically, the reason I don't go to this site too often is because it's pretty boring nowadays.

The perfect place to go compliment or roast popular/unpopular things as much as you please.

2 reddit Reddit (stylized in all lowercase as reddit) is an American social news aggregation, content rating, and discussion website. Registered users (commonly referred to as "Redditors") submit content to the site such as links, text posts, images, and videos, which are then voted up or down by other members... read more

If you're an active internet user, chances are you are aware of the existence of this site. Just stay away from the weird (and dark) areas of the site. There are certain things you can never un-see (I am being completely serious, kids - Dead serious).

A very interesting site with all kinds of communities, but can get annoying. I never get bored here.

Ling Ling 40 hrs. This is why I voted.

I usually listen to music in class using YouTube.

You can find anything you want on YouTube:cartoons from your past, any kind of music(even whole concerts and operas),animal footage, scientific stuff... but you need to be careful on such a popular website because it has some blots,I mean disturbing videos of course:creepypastas, scary commercials and even filthy adventure time fanvideos!

YouTube has been worn out by desrespectful adventure time fans!

4 Imgur

Reddit's primary source for images. It's basically the prime site for all-things pictures.

5 Ask.com
6 Snopes.com

Snopes.com is alternatively known as "Urban Legends Reference Pages" and it's a fitting title. If you want to learn the facts on urban legends, internet rumours, e-mail forwards, and any other stories from questionable or unknown origins, this site is for you. And believe me, the people who run this site are only satisfied with the absolute truth.

7 Google Google is an American multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products. These include online advertising technologies, search, cloud computing, and software.
8 Cracked
9 ShutUpAndTakeMyMoney

Basically your one-stop random shop. You better not have access to a credit card because this site will suck you absolutely dry. It's got all the random crap you could ever want to buy.

10 The Useless Web

This site is a portal to the most random, useless, crazy webpages out there. It's like StumbleUpon for people on acid.

I found it in Biology because of sheer boredom.

The Contenders
11 Kongregate

It's a game website owned by GameStop that has (what is believed to be) over 80,000 free online games. Need I say more?

12 Sporcle

Join the site for free and you have the ability to make online quizzes about pretty much anything you want. Of course, you can DO the quizzes, also. I've spend many days on this site, I'll tell you.

13 Ranker
14 IMDb The Internet Movie Database is an online database of information related to films, television programs and video games, including cast, production crew, fictional characters, biographies, plot summaries, trivia and reviews, operated by IMDb.com, Inc., a subsidiary of Amazon.
15 Omegle

This site is a touchy one since you need to be very careful around it. For those of us who are mature enough to be safe online without making real problems for ourselves are clear for using this site (and will (potentially) see the fun side of this site) but (and I'm talking to you, young TopTens users) anyone who is NOT mature enough to handle a site that allows you to talk to complete strangers should stay the heck (I was tempted to use a different word other than "heck" to stress my point) away from it.

I can't agree or disagree ahh. But there's either good looking girls on there and authentic people there or pedophiles and thots. It's 50/50
