Argus recently had made renovations to their website. Their site design is responsive but they have had quite a few bad reviews in the past earning them the number 3 spot.
Nice site however the design is unresponsive and they only work with 33 rental agencies. They do have an iPhone app though so there has been some investment in order to reach secluded groups of users.
