I spent six amazing weeks traveling around the UK, England in particular. The friendliest people in the world. I met and married my wife in Hampshire. I have made England my home, I love it so much. The people even make a joke about the bad weather! They just like to laugh. They have a reputation of being reserved and stuck up but that couldn't be further from the truth. The most welcoming, beautiful, friendly, fun-loving country in the world. And this is coming from an American (NYC)

The uk is really the best land in the world and yet a whole another story from america though they use same language...greeting from the middle east!

I found that while here nothing was too much trouble for them and they use humor in any situation. And that's welcoming.

I take for granted the welcoming warmth of the UK as it's my home so I wanted to give the US a vote. I love Americans, they ARE welcoming and very lovely people. Why isn't this in the top three at least, inbetween UK and Australia?
