Privileged to see the great John Charles when he returned from Italy. He was incredibly dominant. Very tall and muscular and sensational in the air and strong on the ground. A great, fearless striker and centre-half. Was the top scorer in Italy on several occasions but completed his career as the best defender around. Amazing player who would be made for today's football.
