The Top Ten
1 Garbage Pail Kids Garbage Pail Kids is a Canadian cartoon series which was produced in 1987, based on the popular Garbage Pail Kids trading cards, produced and directed by Bob Hathcock and co-written and developed by Flint Dille.

"Good morning children I'm here to tell you about the Garbage Pail Kids show, its disgusting obnoxious and worst of all GROSS!, I think its terrible that they would put something like this on T.V. don't you, Good now change the channel! " actual quote from the cartoon.

Its amazing that someone actually thought it was a good idea to make a cartoon based off the Garbage Pail Kids, not surprisingly it was cancelled after just one episode.

Still better than the movie

The most 1990's cartoon in existence

4 The Fonz and the Happy Days Gang

The only thing more ridicules than a cartoon about the Globetrotters is a cartoon about the Globetrotters as Superheroes.

Someone who has never seen Breadwinners tell me if this is a good premise or not: twerking ducks delivering bread.

9 The Brothers Grunt The Brothers Grunt is a Canadian-American animated comedy television series by Ed, Edd n Eddy creator Danny Antonucci that originally aired from August 15, 1994 to April 9, 1995 on MTV.

Even worse than Danny Antonucci's other abomination "Ed, Edd, n Eddy." I can't decide if this is the worst MTV show or if Jersey Shore is.

The show revolves around a fraternity of five monsters who unleash wild stunts upon the public from their eponymous mountain fort. The show is loosely based on the antagonists that appeared in Browngardt's animated short, Uncle Grandpa, and employs Mike Conte of the heavy metal band Early Man as composer.

Ugh, I can't believe the creator of OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes used to work on this horrible animation production. And as for Peter Browngardt, I pretty much despise him for creating this and Uncle Grandpa. Also, I have no idea how something so grotesquely animated and disgusting in terms of visuals, characters, and plots could have actually earned awards!

Guys, this is worse than Uncle Grandpa, Peter actually made an improvement from this to UG.

17 Ren & Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon
