Why Green Day is better than My Chemical Romance
Here's why the punk-pop band Green Day is better than the post hardcore band My Chemical Romance. If you're some hypertensive killjoy that can't take opinion then I have one thing to tell you: You WILL be offended just leave.
My Chemical Romance and Green Day are both my favourite bands so I don't think I'll be much help on this list.. But what I will say is, this list is mostly opinionated so there's gonna be a lot of debates on here. Anyway, I respect your opinion that Green Day is better :)
I genuinly don't know what to say about this list. I love both bands, and I find it to hard to agree or disagree with anything on this list. This is possilbly the only list on this website that has me torn.
True, he's an awesome singer while My Chemical Romance are whiny dirtbags.

I find Longview very catchy.
All emos love My Chemical Romance when Gerard Way himself said "Emo is S***".
While this is a matter of opinion Boulevard of Broken Dreams showed more emotion and had a better meaning than Welcome to the Black Parade, and not to mention the riffs were better.
Boulevard of Broken Dreams is a 2000s classic and was one of the last rock songs to reach the top 10. Welcome to the Black Parade is just a boring song about typical emo garbage.
I personally prefer Welcome To The Black Parade, but opinions respected.
