I feel like Anna's traits here are exaggerated to the Max. Even though she is super naive sometimes you still can't ignore how completely selfless and loving Anna is, shes super brave and courageous setting up and going out by herself to save her sister, she sacrificed herself for Elsa in the first movie and did whatever she could to be by Elsa's side in the second regardless if she didn't share the same powers.

All this Anna hate. Yes she is annoying sometimes, but she was isolated, lost her parents and just wanted to be loved. She was willing to die to save her sister who shut her out for years and nearly caused her death accidentally. She is flawed, yes but so is Elsa.
