He sings in a really annoying voice, doesn't even rap.

No comparison. Can't rhyme, used ghost writers and sounded crap with or without it. Uses fake looks for success, was a judge on Idol when she has no talent.
At least you can make an argument that Wayne was decent early on, Nicki is consistent at being solely garbage.

This awful rapper is somehow lower on the list. And rap legends like Dr.Dre,Snoop Lion, and Ice Cube are on it?!?!
