The Top Ten
1 Mega Babies Mega Babies is a Canadian animated series created by the Tremblay brothers, Christian and Yvon, who previously had made the H-B's show SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron.

The 90s were the worst time for cartoons. So full of ugly characters, crude gross-out humor, and pure trash. Some were OK, like Magic School Bus and Arthur, but notice that the only good cartoons in the 90s were more for preschoolers.

The most hideous excuse for animation that's just overloaded with gross out humor, the show's animation looks like someone vomited on the drawings, the voice acting is also horrendous if you can even call it voice acting, the show really want's to gross out its audience rather than make them laugh.

Oh god stop reminding me this existed

Nope it didn't air till 2000 on sky one.

2 The Brothers Grunt The Brothers Grunt is a Canadian-American animated comedy television series by Ed, Edd n Eddy creator Danny Antonucci that originally aired from August 15, 1994 to April 9, 1995 on MTV.

We got a real winner folks... nothing look more revolting, and grotesque then when I saw this show on MTV nevertheless, and there are great MTV animated shows, but this is not one of them. A big flop by the creator who would go on to redeem himself for Ed, Edd n Eddy.

Just downright revolting.

Same problem with MK Defenders of Earthrealm taking a game series not for kids and turning it into a kids show and the dialogue and voice acting is just bad, they traded the dark tone of the game with humor which really fails at being funny and the episodes literally make no sense for instance one episode has Bigfoot's nephew mailing himself to Harry's home then both being kidnapped by Pyron and have the kid just annoy the hell out of the other villains,
