Top 10 Worst Animated Shows that First Aired from 2000-2009

The 2000s had its fair share of great cartoons along with a number of horrendous excuses for animation, as before only cartoons that first aired from 2000-2009 can be included.
The Top Ten
1 Ren and Stimpy: Adult Party Cartoon

Its Ren and Stimpy only for adults minus all the charm of the original with a heavy emphasis on Adult, only six episodes were made before its cancellation the episodes consists of Ren and Stimpy going to the beach and Ren being turned on by the topless woman and then is attacked by the hairy lifeguard, the duo going from living in a bum's mouth to living in a spittoon and live the high life while people spit, vomit and throw snot into the spittoon, a sequel to Fire dogs which isn't really a sequel at all as they live with the fire chief who turns into Ralph Bakshi, Ren and Stimpy helping a homeless mother and her headless son by breaking into a family's house and have Stimpy distract the guard duck by dressing as a female duck as he makes out with him as three half duck half cats pop out, and worst of all Stimpy becoming pregnant with Ren's love child and Ren revealing his dark and twisted childhood.

2 Fanboy & Chum Chum Fanboy & Chum Chum is an American 3D CGI animated television series created by Eric Robles for Nickelodeon. It is based on Fanboy, an animated short created by Robles for Nicktoons and Frederator Studios, which was broadcast August 14, 2009 to July 12, 2014 on Random! Cartoons. The series was first broadcast October 12, 2009 on Nickelodeon as a preview, then officially premiered November 6, 2009 after SpongeBob's Truth or Square.

I don't hate this show, but I can see how other people do. It's loud gross, annoying, etc, but it brings back so many good childhood memories for me. I remember when I was in 2-3rd grade and my brother was three years younger than me and we would sit down and watch this show. We loved it, and I really do miss it.

One of Nickelodeon's biggest mistakes passing on a show that could have made them more money and instead saddled with this abomination about two obnoxious and annoying kids who go around annoying everyone with some of the ugliest CGI animation.

This is a damn mess of a programme, honestly one of Nicks biggest mistakes. The voice acting is discraceful, the CGI is some of the ugliest I've ever seen and the two main protagonists feel like the worst parts of Nickelodeon combined.

I watched this a lot when I was a kid. Now that I'm older, I realized how bad this show was. I can't believe that Nickelodeon chose Fanboy & Chum Chum over Adventure Time!

3 The Nutshack The Nutshack is an American adult animated sitcom created by Ramon Lopez, and co-created by Jesse Hernandez.

Half the time I can't understand what any of the characters are saying and the episodes make no sense and the intro just consists of them shouting the shows name because they obviously couldn't afford to write an actual theme song.

4 Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue!

Horrible spin-off staring only Shaggy and Scooby with one of the worst cartoon themes in history.

Look at Scooby's eyes. You can see the soullessness in them.

5 Johnny Test Johnny Test is an American-Canadian animated television series produced by Warner Bros. Animation, for the first season, and Cookie Jar, for the remainder of the series. It aired from September 17, 2005 to December 25, 2014 on Kids' WB and Cartoon Network in the United States and on Teletoon in Canada.

Johnny Test was a show that we all watched when we were kids even though we KNEW it was bad at the time. It aired during the dark ages of Cartoon Network before Adventure Time and Regular Show came on and we didn't have many other cartoon options to watch.

It was kinda boring when compared to regular show and many other classics!

I'm ashamed of liking this show when I was 8.

6 Butt-Ugly Martians Butt-Ugly Martians is a computer-animated television series produced by the British media group Just Entertainment in association with Mike Young Productions and DCDC Limited.

At least the show has the right name as it sure is butt-ugly.

Similar to Invader Zim but not as creepy animation..

7 Pixel Pinkie Pixel Pinkie is an Australian/Canadian and British animated television series produced and created by Blue Rocket Productions in association with the Nine Network and principally funded by The Film Finance Corporation Australia.

Lol I liked this when I was like six

Ugly animation

8 Da Boom Crew Da Boom Crew is a Canadian/American children's television animated series, produced by Berliner Film Companie in association with Jambalaya Studios in Los Angeles, California.

Made by the people behind The Proud Family it's a show about a bunch of kids who get sucked into video game world and have to fight an alien emperor and that's pretty much it, it also features the characters talking in strange slangs that no kid in their right mind would use.

9 Coconut Fred's Fruit Salad Island Coconut Fred's Fruit Salad Island was a Saturday morning children's show that aired on Kids' WB in the United States, from September 17, 2005 to May 27, 2006. The show was produced by Warner Bros.

Shameful ripoff of SpongeBob Square pants with none of the laughs or creative effort, even legendary voice actor Rob Paulsen himself flat out hated working on it.

10 12 Oz Mouse Part of Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block, "12 oz. Mouse" follows the animated adventures of Mouse Fitzgerald, an unapologetic drunken mouse with a background in espionage and a complete lack of memory.

How the hell can anyone in their right mind would think that this is good enough for Television, it almost looks like some piratical joke were the creators made it thinking that no would be stupid enough to consider making it a show.

I totally forgot about this one, the worst kind of lazy animation on Adult Swim.

The Contenders
11 Boku No Pico Boku no Pico is an anime series of three OVA episodes created by Katsuhiko Takayama. It was released to DVD on September 17, 2006.

This disgusting stuff came out in 2007 it's a show about child porn

12 Dora the Explorer Dora the Explorer (2000 - 2019) is an American preschool educational animated TV series created by Chris Gifford, Valerie Walsh, and Eric Weiner in which Dora goes on adventures with her friend, a monkey named Boots.

This cartoon deserves to be #2 because Dora's retarded as hell. I don't see how that's supposed to teach kids really anything. I would honestly watch Sonic Underground instead of this big piece of crap.

Voted for obvious reasons.

13 Drawn Together Drawn Together is an American adult animated sitcom which ran on Comedy Central from October 27, 2004 to November 14, 2007. The series was created by Dave Jeser and Matt Silverstein, and uses a sitcom format with a TV reality show setting.

I'ts like watching an extreme version of the Jersey Show that tries way too hard to be like South Park with none of the clever humor.

14 Yakkity Yak

16 Auld Ones

It's a cartoon about two old ladies and that's pretty much it.

17 The Ripping Friends The Ripping Friends: The World's Most Manly Men! is a Canadian animated television series, created by John Kricfalusi, who was well known for creating The Ren & Stimpy Show on Nickelodeon.

The show follows a superhero group called the Teen Titans, and shows what happens when they go home and have silly adventures. This show is Cartoon Network's revival of the popular 2003-2006 American animated television show, 'Teen Titans'.

Just stop... Cartoon Network... Why do you do these things...

Teen Titans was better.

That show came out in 2013.

21 Game Over

I would have to agree. This show wasn't perfect, but it was still a guilty pleasure. They could've done better, though.

Who could have possibly thought a show that takes place within a video game universe could be this boring

22 The Mighty B! The Mighty B is an American animated television series co-created by Amy Poehler, Cynthia True and Erik Wiese for Nickelodeon. The series centers on Bessie Higgenbottom, an ambitious Honeybee girl scout who believes she will become The Mighty B (a superhero) if she collects every Honeybee badge.

I miss this show. My brother and I would watch it after school, and my nickname is B. (Short for Isabel I guess? )

23 My Gym Partner's a Monkey My Gym Partner's a Monkey is an American animated television series that was created by Tim Cahill and Julie McNally Cahill and produced by Cartoon Network Studios.
