Worst Boeing Planes
Cons: the dc9 shouldn't have gotten another iteration, there are so many other small planes already, unlike the 747 which actually has its own size class, but boeing just had to keep making them after 40 years, and hardly sold any, this DC9's great grandson was much less efficient than all other modern planes
Pros: vintage
The Boeing 717 is great! In comfortable for short flights and it is a great 100 seater Boeing! Better than the Airbus a318
The 777 I like it but the 767 is just a copy of the 777 the 757 is likable due to it's nose the 787 has the best nose of the Boeing planes but the 707 is a 737 ripoff!
The boeing 747 is way better! The 777 is not impressive ad iconic like the 747. The 777. Is the most boring plane flying.
4 engines for long haul safer than 2. 777 us noisy and cramped. I avoid it whenever I can.
2 engines only, cramped and noisy.
Cons: short and stubby, crashes a lot, almost canceled by boeing which would have meant no awesome 737-800s today
Pros: it didn't cancel and better 737 variants were made later on
I love the 737. I just find it incredible
At least they can built a plane
This is not a like comment, this is a DISLIKE comment! What idiot says that the original boeing 747 is the top 5 worst aircraft! It's the benchmark of modern day commercial aviation! The ORIGINAL jumbo jet! Whoever posted this probably just couldn't find another plane to rant about and chose the plane that first popped in this head when he thought of "boeing" and unfortunetely, that's the 747!
Crashes a lot old and some how people still love the ancient plane that is way out dated and the new 747-8i never sold well as the A380 is more fuel efficient and carries more people in greater comfort.
Cons: crashed way way way too much! Early issues like cargo door, later issue like fuel tank explosion
Pros: introduced long distance air travel
Cons: unpopular, short production span, slender as a pencil, boring, engines too big, cramped, duck nose
Pros: safe, powerful, not boring
Like a cattle car with wings!
Cons: still boring, too old but still in service, cramped for long flights, slow, boeing keeps producing them even though no one buys it anymore, 9/11 attacks (not boeings fault, but bad association)
Pros: boeing's first wide twinjet, mostly safe
Cons: boeing just couldn't make it last, became inefficient, wingspan too small, loud, also crashed a lot
Pros: became very popular, definitely not boring, started out awesome just that boeing did not improve it much
Much too much noise.
Cons: boeing chose the worst time and probably should have ended with the 747-400, their design effort was wasted because 4 engine planes are dead and the plane won't sell
Pros: longest commercial jet, classic with modern looks, sky interior, new efficient engines, competes with a380
You have got to be kidding, you guys are so uneducated.
Cons: many delays, battery problems
Pros: boeing struck gold and sold 910 before the first flight even took place, composite materials, new engines, massive range for medium jet, electronic windows, sky interior
AN UGLY NOSE. THE WORST LOOKING PLANE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD AND EVER MADE. There is something wrong with the aesthetics of the nose.
Best plane to book your mother-in-law on
Control system inconvenient
The control system sucks
How is this not number 1?
Ugly and all out 1950s. Just like a 737 with 4 engines
Cons: once again boring, way too many 737/a320, tail too big, winglets too big
Pros: very safe, best selling commercial jet
Is so small and no T.V. and no first class and business class only have economy class
