Bart Simpson sure pranks and fights Lisa a lot, but he is very protective towards both his sisters.
While other siblings such as Jamie O, Shelly Marsh, Rigby and Ben (Song of the Sea) are flawed siblings, they have shown affection and care towards their siblings. They either realized the error of their ways or at least tried to become better siblings.
Eddy's Brother, however, is one of the few with absolutely no redeeming qualities! He tortures Eddy in front of the kids without feeling any shame at all. He even proudly admits that he's been bullying him for all his life!
Why is Bart Simpson on here? He may prank and taunt Lisa a lot, but he still is a good and caring big brother towards both her and Maggie.
Jamie O may be somewhat of a jerk towards Gerald at times, but there are signs throughout the show that he actually loves him as a brother.
Eddy's brother, on the hand, lacks all those qualities! He's a literal sociopathic bully and is pretty much the reason as to why Eddy behaves like such a jerk!
Dunno. Sarah is just as bad as him, and Eddy's brother doesn't even appear on the show, only in the last two minutes of the movie. Meanwhile, we see Sarah being an abusive sibling in the entire show

Along with Viloet, and Lily, Daisy and her other sisters are mean to Misty treat her like dirt and manipulates her into doing anything they want their also the worst gym leaders on the planet they would rather give gym bades away rather than have trainers battle for them at one point a trainer got a badge for cleaning their pool & would probobly give them one for cleaning their toilet. Its all their fault Misty had to leave Ash they just abandon the Gym to go on vacation and expect Misty to take over, hopefully someday Misy can find an apprentice to help her run the gym so she can travel with Ash again.
