Top 10 Worst Cartoon Antagonists
Cartoon characters that are against the protagonist that are terrible. Ranging from bullies to generic villians. However I'm only including antagonists and excluding protagonists and side characters. Along with this anime is also excluded.I understand how someone can find Lemongrab annoying, but I love the guy. He's so bizarre to the point where he becomes uncomfortablely hilarious. I loved him even before Justin Roiland went on to create Rick & Morty.
Downright unbearable mixed in with his annoying voice and no motivation he's downright the worst Cartoon antagonist.

Mainly in the newest season she's become a antagonist and downright ripoff of Cartman himself.
From the annoying British accent to his character arc in general.
Angelica Pickles is a cartoon character who appears in the Nickelodeon shows Rugrats, All Grown Up!, and Rugrats Pre-School Daze, and is among one of the series' original characters. Rugrats is good and all but as a antagonist Angelica was pretty obnoxious.
From what I can say, there are two times where I judge Vicky on. If we're talking up to Channel Chasers, I'd honestly say she's a good antagonist where it feels like she's either just a grumpy babysitter in the early seasons to practically the daughter of Satan at her worst in later ones. However, as the show went on, her characterization became more flanderized to reflect that of a shallow psychopath with no redeemable character traits that make her a hollow shell of what she used to be.
From what I've seen she has no motivation to try to kill Timmy as nearly as much as she does.
She always tortures Timmy, how sadistic
He wasn't all that menacing at least Bill Cipher proved to be a actual threat.

Basically the same as Wolfgang with even less motivation.

Annoying and has no motivation to be a antagonist.
The Ice King is a character in the American animated television series Adventure Time. A supposedly evil wizard capable of creating and manipulating ice and snow, he is the self-proclaimed king of the Ice Kingdom, a land of ice he claimed as his own and lives in in company of many penguins. Ice King was sort of an antagonist in the show's first three seasons. He was more of just a minor annoyance to the main characters. Since then, he's been a great tragic hero and hasn't done anything "villainous" in years. He's even semi-friends with Finn and Jake now.
While I do like AT Ice King is a very annoying antagonist that's not even somewhat likable.
Do I need to explain why?
Haven't seen the episode revolving around him yet (don't plan to anytime soon), but yeah, this guy is in every sense of the word a brat. Hearing his voice is already grating against my ears, but that stupid smile he's wearing in that image I uploaded for him only makes me want to smash his teeth out for every annoying sound that comes out of his mouth. Don't see why Butch Hartman likes him that much. His only good trait is his backstory of how he died and became a ghost because of some sort of illness, if I recall correctly. Other than that, he's straight-up annoying.
This should be number 1.
