Background or rather side characters in cartoons that are terrible. I'm excluding protagonists for this list because I already made a list for that. Also like always anime characters will be excluded. Side characters or sometimes called background characters are characters that don't affect the plot as much as the main characters but are still there for either comedic relief or to keep the viewer interested.The Top Ten
