A spin off is generally kind of like a sequel it's meant to continue a story but through another character's perspective or take already established characters into a different location sometimes even by aging the characters. However these cartoon spinoffs are well pretty bad.... however for this list I'm excluding reboots so TT GO, PP (2016) and The Ben 10 reboot are excluded.The Top Ten

It's terrible meanspirited and politically incorrect I think it should have been baned.

3 The New Scooby and Scrappy Doo Show (Scooby Doo)
Scrappy's already annoying as it is... so why give him a spinoff?
4 Ben 10: Omniverse (Ben 10)
A spin off that tried too hard to be funny but ended being annoying.
5 Beast Machines (Transformers)
Even fans of Transformers hated it.
6 The Pebbles & Bamm-Bamm Show (The Flintstones)
Not as funny or interesting as it's predecessor.
7 Loonatics Unleashed (Looney Tunes)
Well this was quite a titanic failure enough said.
