He's not a villain he's trying to find out what happened to his wife but Finn and Jake is just stopping him stealing princesses even though he's trying to find out what happened her. The reason why he's keep kidnapping princesses bubblegum is because she looks familiar to his wife and might know something about her. In a nutshell Ice king is mostly not a villain.
Why should any one feel sorry for this loser, Ice King is the lamest villain in cartoon history his always getting his ass kicked by Jake and Finn, maybe he'd have more friends if he wasn't always terrorizing everyone and kidnapping Princess Bubblegum.

I understand why he's on here, folks. Problem is that he can be seen as a stereotype of all men. Keep in mind that the shows is catered towards girls. A few girls could think that all men are evil and engage in anti- social behavior. Obviously, his powers are awesome.

The only “crime” (If you can even call it that) these guys have technically committed. Was spreading a bad cold/flu, to the people of Townsville. By standing on grass that had a "Keep off the grass" sign right next to it, to TRY and get themselves into trouble. Then in began to pour down rain, they got really sick, you get the point.
These guys are clearly not cut out to be villains not even the Power Puff Girls take them seriously.

She even used it on herself. Or did she? As it turns out, she didn't remove her cutie mark, because if she did she would lose her unicorn magic, which she used to remove everyone's cutie marks, because the "staff of sameness is really just a stick she found in the woods. She wanted to make everypony lower than her so she would be the only special one. Starlight Glimmer is a selfish, untrustworthy liar.
1. Rushed, stupid, lacks likability, likely a sociopath. Yah this is a terrible villain if I ever saw one. When the series finally concludes I doubt she'll have many remaining fans.
She is not a villain anymore, right? She was reformed in season 6.
