Top 10 Worst Cartoonito Shows

Okay, so if you haven't heard of it yet, there's a new block on Cartoon Network known as Cartoonito. Initially, I liked the block since it offered Baby Looney Tunes, Pocoyo, and Mush-Mush keeping TTG at bay. But now, with the severe cuts to the block and the sheer fact that a certain Musical Watermelon taking up 90 minutes of a given schedule every weekday, I've have lost slight respect to the block and with that, here are the Top 10 Worst Cartoonito shows. Let's go! Oh, there's a best list coming soon so keep on the watch!
The Top Ten
1 Cocomelon

Yeah, I don't really see the point of this on Cartoonito. It also doesn't help that it's the only show broadcasted on the block that's not even advertised on the official YouTube channel. Cartoon Network, it's not 2010 anymore. So quit importing stuff from YouTube and make actual good programming for the block. You've struck gold with Mush-Mush, so why stop there?

Also, on a side note, not all of Cocomelon is bad. The 2D stuff they made a while back aren't that bad. But then again, it was made by a dad attempting to entertain young children so Cocomelon is essentially a Barney 2.0.

Yep, this is the musical watermelon I've been talking about. Compared to other Cartoonito shows, Cocomelon is very slow and repetitive. Plus, it is overstimulating to little kids, so people often call it a "kiddie drug". Not to mention the fact that it takes 90 minutes everyday which is ridiculous considering the fact that some Cartoonito shows haven't even got a chance to air on the block yet (Odo anyone?) and I don't see any reason for a YouTube show to even air on Linear Television when you can stream at anytime you desire. Yes, I am aware that Cocomelon does give good ratings, but that doesn't excuse why other Cartoonito shows in the minds of Odo and Messy Goes to OKIDO (which left Qubo when it closed down) never got the chance to air on the block. It's slowly becoming the new Teen Titans Go! I cannot believe I'm saying this, but I hope Blippi comes to Cartoonito USA and cuts the Cocomelon Watermelon down to an interstitial series (show that airs in between commercials). Now ...more

For some reason, my previous comment on this isn't showing up here, but anyways, this stupid show is proof that the world really has gone to hell in a handbasket. Cocomelon sucks, plus why did it even get a stupid TV show in the 1st place?

2 Thomas and Friends: All Engines Go!

Taking the silver spot of despair, I have a show that practically everyone saw coming. You know a reboot's bad when fans of the original series started to protest the show months before it came out. And once it came out, oh boy, it was certainly a Train Wreck of a show. Now the show being in 2D isn't that bad of a concept, but it was poorly executed due to the show being overly cartoony. The worst quality of the series by far is the fact that none of the Thomas Trains we've loved as children behave like they normally do. For instance, instead of Thomas being the childish, yet very self-aware Train, he's now just a playful dummy and The Fat Controller is basically now downgraded to the punching bag of the series (Not Daddy Pig levels of torment, but you get my point).

3 Caillou Caillou is a Canadian educational children's television series that was first shown on Teletoon (both English and French versions), with its first episode airing on the former channel on September 15, 1997; the show later moved to Treehouse TV, with its final episode being shown on that channel on October ...read more.

Now we're on from the most boring and uninteresting show, to a show that's the textbook definition of overly annoying. Unlike other shows on the list, Caillou originally aired on Teletoon of all the networks (you know, a preteen network!) before being banished to the depths of Treehouse TV. Caillou's flaws have been discussed way too many times to list and even people who haven't seen the show know why the series is disliked - The main protagonist is downright bratty and his parents do nothing about it. But if it makes you all feel better, the censored the scene where Caillou pinches (or bites in the books) Rosie's face. Even in the books Caillou is a monster and comparing him to Madeline, another iconic preschool series feels so wrong.

I can't believe that CN brought this stupid show featuring a whiny 4 year old brat named Caillou back from the dead. At least the got rid of the infamous scene where he pinched Rosie, but it's still a terrible show that teaches little kids to be spoiled whiny brats.

Also, I really hope the Cartoonito block dies out soon just like the Tickle U block from 2005 did.

4 Blippi
5 Little Ellen

Little Ellen was a show that was strongly disliked among the Cartoon Community. I haven't seen it myself, but having a show based on a controversial figure was a red flag not to watch it and it tries too hard to be the next Little Bill (which is another show based on a controversial figure). And also, for a show based on the 60s, how come I see people complaining about stuff you'd find in the 2010s in the series? If it was based on the 60s, then wouldn't a Brady Bunch-style show be in it?

6 Dive Olly Dive!

This is yet another show that hasn't aired on Cartoonito USA (it aired in the UK and Ireland if you're wondering). This is another show that has gained infamy among the Cartoon Community due to it's horrid CGI and overall uncanny appearance. Not to mention that Olly, the protagonist of the series is known to be on the selfish side at times (as seen in Shell Shocked where he kept on bugging someone over a dirt-cheap seashell).

This show looks very creepy.

7 Bob the Builder (2015) Bob the Builder is a British children's animated television show created by Keith Chapman. In the original series, Bob appears in a stop motion animated programme as a building contractor, specialising in masonry, along with his colleague Wendy, various neighbours and friends, and their gang of anthropomorphised ...read more.

This is another show that aired in the UK. Now this is another show panned by the Cartoon Community due to how poorly executed the show is and the uncanny CGI. So yeah, it has the same flaws as Dive Olly Dive.

8 Little Baby Bum

Okay, first off, that name sounds way too inappropriate for the under 6 audience. Secondly, the show tries way too hard to be the next Cocomelon. I guess it's because that LBB (I'm referring it as that because the actual name sounds like something you'd hear in a Cardi B song or a South Park episode) is owned by Moonbug, the same people that own that hog of a watermelon (no pun intended).

9 Numberblocks

Okay, I used to like this show but now I've lost interest in it and I can see why so many people dislike it. Numberblocks airs in Southeast Asia via a block on Boomerang. My biggest issue with the show is the horrible consistently. There should be no reason for 55 existing before 33-54 besides "oh yeah, every number from 1 to 10 is 55". That's the only gimmick of that number. Not to mention that the series is very lackluster compared to other math shows aimed at small children. Namely Schoolhouse Rock and Cyberchase. Also, it overshadows Alphablocks.

10 Fireman Sam

Okay, so here we have the CGI Fireman Sam series. This is another show panned by the Cartoon Community and I can see why it is. Compared to the Stop-motion series, Fireman Sam has slowly turned from fun and educational show to a show that barely does good a social skills. Some people even consider it to be one of the worst kids shows of all time (well, at least The Guardian does). Also, people now think the show is sexist for using "Fireman" that's stupid.

The Contenders
11 Esme & Roy

I've actually never really watched this show. It looks cute, but the concept of a young child baby sitting monsters doesn't really seem right. But then again, aside from The Electric Company, practically anything from Sesame Workshop (aside from the actual Sesame Street show) rarely gets past the second season.

12 Love Monster

I personally found Love Monster to be not as bad as other shows on the list. It's a wholesome show that revolves around a Monster who tries his best in everything.

13 Pokemon Pokémon, abbreviated from the Japanese title of Pocket Monsters and currently advertised in English as Pokémon: The Series, is a Japanese anime television series, which has been adapted for the international television markets. It was first broadcast in Japan on April 1, 1997, in the United States ...read more.

This was on Cartoonito? Are you sure this isn't Boomerang you're thinking of? It not, then the quality depends on the generations. Gens 1 an 7's anime were top tier while Gen 6's anime is bottom of the barrel bad.

Worst anime in history.
