Top 10 Worst Characters in Good Disney Movies
There are a lot of good Disney films. But some of them have pretty bad characters.
Princess Ariel is a fictional character and the title character of Walt Disney Pictures' 28th animated film The Little Mermaid. I love how so many people are defending Ariel and calling her one of the best Disney princesses ever. That was sarcasm by the way. Ariel is such a terrible person! She's not as bad as Taylor Swift, but she's close to being on that level. By the way, Taylor Swift is the topic of my next list. I hope. Anyway, Ariel pretty much teaches kids that it's okay to disobey your father, make a deal with a suspiciously evil person, and give up your voice to be with some dude you know nothing about. I've literally never heard anyone explain why they think Ariel is so great! Yes she can sing! Yes she is pretty! But is she smart? Nope! Her stupidity causes bad things to happen in the movie! And she should've known what she was doing was wrong! Even in the series, and I know the series came afterwards, but in the series, Ariel knows that Ursula is evil! Want to get what you want in life? Well, just whine like a spoiled brat, make deals with shady individuals, and ignore your parents. That'll lead to you getting married in the end! Isn't that...just...great...*eye twitches*.
I don't think The Little Mermaid would be a good movie if the main character - who has the most screentime - is bad.Prince Eric's bland character is also a major problem with the film which I would call below average.
She ditched her family for the sake of wanting to be with some strange guy she barely knows. Not a good moral to teach your kids.
I want to cook this thing and eat it for dinner! He is so useless and annoying! This character is very popular because people think he's funny. But what exactly did he do in the movie? Nothing! He doesn't help out at all! He's just there to be stupid and so Moana could have an animal sidekick. Actually, if they wanted her to have an animal sidekick, why couldn't they use Pua? The pig that is seen a lot in advertising and merchandise? What was the point of making Hei Hei the main animal sidekick? He doesn't contribute at all! And I don't even find him that funny! But that's probably because I find chickens to be very annoying. But either way, they should've at least had him do something! But instead, he does nothing!

Who thought I would go hehe in front of hei hei because he just ruined the whole movie of moana, this movie would have been way more popular if HEI HEI NEVER EXSISTED IN THE DISNEY WORLD

Hunchback of Notre Dame is one of my favorite Disney movies. And it's a movie that everyone can agree is better than Hercules! Even fans of Hercules think this is better! Because it's amazing! But the only thing, or things, I have against this movie are the gargoyles! Victor, Hugo, and Laverne! They feel so out of place! They're these annoying comic relief characters in a movie that's meant to be dark and serious! They even have one of the most terrible Disney songs ever! I don't have anything against the actors portraying them, but they aren't given any funny lines at all! I would've found them more tolerable if they were just figments of Quasi's imagination. But they disprove this theory in the climax! I've never met anyone who likes these characters! And that's a good thing!

B.E.N. is basically the Jar Jar Binks of this movie. Yep, he's that annoying! He talks way too fast and his voice gets on my nerves! Martin Short is not a funny actor! I never found him to be funny in any movie that he's in! But this is probably his most insufferable role! Every scene he's in just makes me want to plug my ears! This is the most annoying robot to be put in any movie! That I know of! Treasure Planet is decent, but this robot is terrible!
He wasn't a funny comic relief, and he was barely in the movie anyway!
Wreck-it Ralph is basically a masterpiece! And I'm excited for Wreck-it Ralph 2! Which will feature all the Disney princesses! I literally almost fainted at D23 when the princess voice actresses came out on stage! But a character that I really hope doesn't appear in the sequel is Gene! I hate this guy! He is such a jerk! He makes Ralph feel unwanted because he's the villain of their game. And he, along with the rest of the nicelanders, treat him like an actual villain even though it was already established that he isn't really a villain and is only pretending to be one in the game! This causes Ralph to leave. Yeah, brilliant! Making one of the most important parts of the game leave! Gene is really stupid. And later on when Ralph comes back and the game is about to be unplugged, Gene makes it sound like it's Ralph's fault that the game is going to be unplugged! I agree. 'Wreck-It Ralph' may be one of my favourite Disney movies, but I think Gene is just far too mean to be considered one of the Nicelanders. The others are simply fearful of Ralph, but Gene just goes out of his way to be nasty him, and poor Ralph only wanted to be treated with respect outside the game. And even at the end Gene never apologises for the way he behaved, he never got any comeuppance, no sign that he learned any lesson.
Movie may be a masterpiece, but damn do I hate this character.
The person below me is right. Felix did nothing mean to Ralph, but for some reason everyone else thinks he is. Gene deserves all the hate, not Felix!
He was supposed to be the jerk to Ralph, it was what made Ralph go on the journey for a medal in the first place to prove himself
This is a character that we're supposed to hate. But that doesn't save him from being put on this list. I absolutely hate the way he treats Mulan! He doesn't like her specifically because she's a woman! Even at the end when she saves China, he still hates her for being a woman! This just shows how sexist he is! And yeah, there are people in real life who act like this. Men sometimes don't think that women are capable of being brave and tough and stuff like that. But women are much more capable than we think. Mulan pretty much proves that. Which is why she's my favorite Disney character. Chi Fu doesn't know what he's talking about.
Aurora is a fictional character from the popular Disney Film, Sleeping Beauty and the 2015 Live Action Release, Maleficent. She is commonly known as Sleeping Beauty and is one of the group Disney Princesses. She is a unique Disney Princess as in her film, Sleeping Beauty, she has a total of 18 minutes of screen time and 18 lines (excluding the song she sings, Once Upon a Dream), unlike the other Disney Princesses who are featured in their films for nearly the entire film. I really want to like Aurora, but she's not in the movie long enough for us to care about her! She does pracitically nothing! She's the main character, but she's only in the movie for like 15 minutes and only gets a few lines! I'll give her this, she's very kind-hearted and doesn't do anything wrong. Unlike a certain mermaid. But she is just so boring! The movie is great for its animation, side characters, and the villain. Aurora is not one of the reasons. She's obviously not the worst princess, but she's the most uninteresting princess. How are we supposed to like a character that doesn't get any development?

Are you serious? Are you serious!? How do you manage to ruin a character this badly!? Flash Thompson went from being a buff, strong bully who harms people physically to a scrawny intellectual Indian who only likes to tease Peter! When I found out that this guy was supposed to be Flash Thompson, I laughed out loud! This guy doesn't even seem like a bully! He just seems like someone pretending to be a bully! There was never a moment in the film where I believed that this guy was a threat! He's just a guy who wants so desperately to be cool that he starts teasing Peter Parker! There are changes made to quite a few characters in this movie, but Flash is the worst one!
Great movie, but. I hate him
Tinker Bell, is a fictional character from J. M. Barrie's 1904 play Peter Pan and its 1911 novelization Peter and Wendy. I honestly don't like Tinker Bell in the Peter Pan movie. She is a huge, yet tiny, jerk! She has a hatred for Wendy because she thinks she's stealing Peter from her. I understand jealousy, but she doesn't have to do terrible things to her! It's just unhealthy! She also has a lot of anger problems. I have anger problems too but at least I'm able to control it! I rarely get angry on TheTopTens! When was the last time you have seen me get angry about something? Oh wait. The point is, Tink is an unlikeable fairy! But she is actually somewhat tolerable in her own movies.
Most unlikeable character ever. The fact that this character got movies of their own as well is ridiculous. They are in my opinion amongst the worst of Disney animation. She was extremely overused in Peter Pan, she just wasn't necessary because she basically did nothing at all. Can't believe Disney would throw us a terrible misfire like this.
Becomes a villain at the end just because the movie didn't really have one yet. Does her personality reflect that of a villain? Nope, so they change it in the last scene, just so that they can have a "villain."
She also does barely anything once her true self is revealed.
Hey, at least she had a reason to be a villain, and the way the Mayor treated her was just wrong.

Twerk, I mean Terk, is an ape character from Tarzan. And she's voiced by Rosie O'Donnell. Just the fact that she's voiced by Rosie O'Donnell is enough for me to hate this character because I can't stand her! By the way, it took me many years to realize that Terk is a girl. Terk is not a funny character! The way she talks really gets on my nerves! I know she's probably supposed to be a tomboy or something, but it's just not good! Tarzan is a great film, but Terk is the weakest thing about it.
Queen Elsa of Arendelle is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Animation Studios' 53rd animated film Frozen. Yesterday, PhantomStrider introduced The Ultimate Daredevil (that's me by the way) to his brand new lisy of strongest female characters. Not only did he put Elsa on this list instead of replace her spot with someone who partially looks like her (from the Mario franchise), but to indicate that she would be on that list, he would havr her butthurt face as the thumbnail in this video! Cringe, I say! But even with that mistake pointed out, PhantomStrider actually turned out to be a criminally underappreciated, actually very friendly YouTuber despite having a few untrustworthy biases such as Ed, Ed & Eddy and Regular Show being completely overhyped Cartoon Network shows along with The Loud House and The Legend of Korra being good Modern Nickelodeon shows (which Harvey Beaks was, he's right on that, but Nickelodeon made it look a lot worse by mostreating it and its makers! ).
She's way to overrated. Why can't people like Anna more? Anna actually DOES something! Elsa's just there... Sure, she's a main character but come on guys...She's really not that good. She's cringy in some parts and while I can relate to her by being pessimistic, people just love her WAY too much. Anna is the true hero, and Kristoff.
Elsa almost froze her kingdom to death. Everyone should be Afraid of her.
Disney should've kept her as a canon sister-less only child.
Castor is not a great character. In fact he's one of the (if not the number 1) worst Disney characters. His jokes are so unfunny that it makes autopsy seem hilarious, and he is also really annoying. Good thing Clu's deresolution bomb (or some other kind of bomb) got rid of him. XD
At least she wasn't a major character, but just when tou thought pre-modern Princess Ariel had a right to top this list! Well, it deserves to be very high on this list, but because Princess Ariel was a very major character in The Little Mermaid '89, shhe actually managed to have the movie go from absolutely fine to mixed quality. Lilo & Stitch, however, had enough focus on a LOT of quality for its generously realistic characters, animation that feels like where the movie is set A LOT and a lot of emotional moments. So take that, defenders of both the uninspired Stitch! animes!
Tow Mater, or simply Mater, is a character in Cars and its sequels, Cars 2 and Cars 3 as well as Cars Toons. He is voiced by Larry the Cable Guy and inspired by a 1951 International Harvester tow truck. He was bad in cars 2 but does anyone like that movie?

She's too overrated and I don't like that she isn't Christian. It sets a bad example for Christian children, and she is a bad role model by teaching kids to run away.

Snow White is a fictional character from Disney's first ever film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves . She is Disney's first ever Disney Princess and is the only Disney Princess to have her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame . I can see why the queen wanted to kill her! She's annoying, stupid, and a major Mary Sue.
