Top Ten Worst Comic Book Live-Action TV Shows

Agents of Shield, Gotham, Arrow, Flash or any other comic book live-action shows of today are getting pretty good, the shows from the past not so much.
The Top Ten
1 Arrow Arrow is an American action crime television series developed by writer/producers Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Andrew Kreisberg.

Inaccurate portrayal of the Green Arrow. It's just a load of fan service and terrible acting. I mean look at the pic for the show above. Hello Mr. Grumpy Nipples.

2 Mutant X

You may think it's a good show, but it's not. This show contains nothing resembling the characters from the Marvel Comics or then-recent hit films. Sorry, but if you want a show that's worst than this, think about the other shows here on the list.

3 Birds of Prey

Despite how bad the show turned out to be, it got cancelled after ratings fell sharply in weeks and only lasted 13 episodes. In the show Huntress, who is the illegitimate daughter of Batman and Catwoman gains metahuman abilities akin to a cat by the way. Wait, what? There's no way Huntress gains abilities like that, she uses the crossbow and other weaponries to defeat enemies.

4 Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman

The shows turns out be a soap opera-esque flair for dramatic, which carries bizarre antics when it evolves Lois Lane clones, secret colonies of Kryptonians and a mystery baby for Lois and Superman. This live-action Superman show failed and it took super out of superhero and made it a office romance with these lovebirds.

5 Flash Gordan (2007 Series)

The show quickly became a dud for us and lasted 22 episodes. I don't know whose Flash Gordan belongs to, but it isn't ours from the 80's.

Even the extremely corny 80's movie was more entertaining.

6 The Cape

The Cape turned out to be another low rating show and it's so boring I could fell asleep and not to think about watching this again.

7 The Amazing Spider-Man (70's Series)

Never heard this show? Marvel teams up with MGM to make a live-action show of Spider-Man and it fell due to low-budget and poor writing, even Stan Lee complains about it because the show's too juvenile. Plus, the spider costume is too plain instead of his familiar rogues gallery and there's no love interests of Gwen Stacy and MJ on the show.

8 Legends of Tomorrow
9 Swamp Thing

I watch this series as a kid but it's slow and it gotten boring, so this show failed to impress.

10 Blade The Series

Spike T.V. quickly cancel the Blade series because of how expensive it was to produce, especially given it was the network's first live action drama and movie trilogy's screenwriter David Goyer and comics/film vet Geoff Johns failed to succeed for this show.

I like the title at least.

The Contenders
11 The Tick

The cartoon of the Tick's good, this one's a total fail.

12 Batman (1966)

This show is outdated, it makes Batman look like a stupid kid's show when Batman's suppose to be for adults, Cesar Romaro is the worst Joker portrayal & Burgess Merath is the worst Penguin portrayal, you want to watch a Batman show for adults, watch Batman the animated series, that for adults.

No offense, Adam West. It maybe a good show, but the Bam! Pow! Bif! Effects, hokey dialogues and some lame villains including that evil pirate captain and an Egyptian ruler (except the A-list villains including Joker and Catwoman) isn't working out for us.

13 The Flash The Flash is an American superhero television series developed by Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Geoff Johns, airing on The CW.

Started out ok but lost its spark due to bad plot choices and character development. The only good character is Captain Cold..and maybe Cisco. The actor that plays Barry Allen comes off like a preppy (sometimes emo) whiny douche. Iris and Joe are so annoying and unlikable. I actually actively root for the bad guys to win most of the time because the heroes are so blah. I wish they would make a Rogue's spinoff show because I'd rather see those characters in the episodes than be forced to choke on the high and mighty crybabies that make up team Flash.

It's like watching a soap opera for superheroes.. And Barry has an obsessive love for his foster sister that borders on creepy.. I mean just rewatch the episodes and you can literally see the beginnings of a stalker. I wouldn't be surprised if Barry collects her toe nail clippings in little jars or goes through her underwear drawer.

Bad acting. The guy acting as Barry Allen is a whiny git. And they pull too much from the new 52 comics..which sucked so why does DC keep doing T.V. shows and movies from new 52 when it was so bad that they had to do a soft reboot to fix it?

14 Smallville Smallville is an American television series developed by writer-producers Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, based on the DC Comics character Superman created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.

Started off okay, but it became a love triangle drama

15 Marvel's Inhumans
16 Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
17 Black Lightning

Not A Racist Here. I just think black lightning is one of the worst shows ever. It has no plot and everything is predictable.

18 Batwoman
