Worst Current NFL Quarterbacks

The Top Ten
1 Rex Grossman

if Rex didn't "go camping" with Lovie Smith he wouldn't on the team. in fact I don't think he could start for Summit Hill Junior-High...

When was this list written he is sat 10th in the nfl in 2011 this page must have been created along time ago

He's the king of turnovers, an embarrasment to an already dysfunctional skins team.

Such a disappointment considering his alma mater.

2 Mark Sanchez

This guy sucks crap. He has a horrible are he's stupid and his stats are bad. There's nothing to this guy he just sucks

Mark Sanchez is turning out good. Now I hate the eagles too but he turned out for 300 yd games and at least a td a game

When he does butt fumbles, he allows 35 pts in a quarter on Thanksgiving. Embarrassing

If u have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all

3 Jay Cutler Jay Christopher Cutler is a retired American football quarterback that of the National Football League. Cutler played 11 seasons in the NFL (2006-2016). During his announcement that Cutler declared retirement, he announced plans to be a television sportscaster for the FOX Network.

I live in Chicago, born and raised, and hate the bears because of this schmuck. The hot dog vendor has a better shot at catching the ball because that's where Cutler throws it.

I have denounced the bears for life, my least favorite team now. I'm the only guy in a sports bar in Chicago rooting for Drew Brees and the Saints, but at least my teams QB is in the top 5 best QB's, not the number 1 worst.

Chicago should also be number 1 for worst transactions in nfl history with the cutler deal.

Yea he may be in 2 worst quarterback but I think u could give them some support and stop being mean about it I think that Aaron is the worst quarterback is my opinion so if u post these things u just don't like the bears that much but I say hat the bears are my FAVORITE team now cutler may step up in his game

The Bears defense could win a game without even using him. I recommend that he should just toss it to Forte the whole time.

Chicago gave him a huge contact even though he's never played in a playoff game

4 Jordan Palmer
5 Luke McCown

Not super bad. But he deverses some love. Not a jets fan at all. Bills fan, Falcons, and a little Eagles.

6 David Carr

Carr socks more than Roethlisberger. Roethlisberger is AWESOME my fav

Biggest QB bust. But at least he won a Super Bowl, as Eli Manning's backup!

David is Derek's Carr brother idiot

It's Derek Car idiot

7 Graham Harrell
8 Tim Tebow Timothy Richard Tebow is an American professional baseball outfielder in the New York Mets organization and a former professional American football player in the National Football League.

I honestly thought Tim Tebow was good. Remember "Tebow Time". Tim Tebow may not have put up numbers, but he won games. Isn't that all that matters?

Tim Tebow is a awful quarterback he throw like his elbow is gone and worst of all he used too be so overrated!

Tim Tebow may not have the stats BUT he won games. what matters the most in the nfl? Winning games.

This loser couldn't start for a college team

9 Jon Kitna

Shockingly poor qb that has done nothing for the lions, waste of space, Mordecai & rigby from regular show would be better quarter backs than this chump.

took the lions to 0-16 this year.

10 Brian Griese
The Contenders
11 Brandon Weeden

This guy sucks, Brian Hoyer stepped in and won all 3 games he played, I'm pretty sure he did it without Josh Gordon too. While weeden played around 6 and lost them all.

From the Cowboys this year, Matt Cassel was probably the only backup QB that was actually good.

He's an amazing player on a bad team.

I'm so glad he isn't a Cowboy anymore

12 JaMarcus Russell JaMarcus Trenell Russell is a former American football quarterback. He played college football at LSU, where he finished 21–4 as a starter and was named MVP of the 2007 Sugar Bowl. Russell was drafted by the Oakland Raiders with the first overall pick in the 2007 draft. He was out of the NFL after ...read more.

Biggest bust in history. He's so bad that he couldn't even make the redskins during training camp last year

No Ryan Leaf is the biggest bust

13 Chad Pennigton

How is he on this list when he has the highest completion rating ever to bad wide receivers, only reason he is not still playing with the jets or dolphins now is because he injured his throwing arm.

He stunk in every game go jets

14 Ben Roethlisberger Benjamin Todd Roethlisberger, Sr., nicknamed Big Ben, is an American football quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League.

Been to 3 super bowls. more than Drew Brees, Russel Wilson, Phillip Rivers, ALex smith, Mark sanchez, Tim Tebow, Matt Ryan, and Tony Romo combined

Worst Super Bowl winning performances of all time. This guy is the very definition of over-rated.

Roethlisberger is first ballot hall of fame one of the best ever and probably the most elusive

Never should be on this list... obviously, no football knowledge... Ben is a top 25 all time QB, when he retires...

15 Jake Delhomme

Interception prone, Panthers went to the Superbowl in 03 despite him not because of him. Bad in clutch situations.

16 Tavaris Jackson
17 Alex Smith Alexander Douglas Smith is an American football quarterback for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League.

Yes, he should be on this list. He is not a championship level QB.

Shouldn't be on the list how is he on this list

18 Joey Harrington
19 Tom Brady Thomas Edward Patrick Brady, Jr., is a retired American football quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. Brady is known for being the only quarterback in history to win 7 Super Bowls, and was often considered one of the best quarterbacks of all time. Brady was also frequently considered to be the biggest steal in NFL history as a late 6th round pick. He had previously played for the New England Patriots from 2000 to 2019.

Tom Brady shouldn't be on this list. He was a 6th round pick and now he is really good

What! Brady is amazing he scored the last touchdown for Super Bowl LI

He's so weak he can't even lift a properly inflated football.

Your wrong is your brain in he is terrible Tom he should be #1

20 Johnny Manziel Jonathan Paul Manziel is an American professional Canadian football quarterback for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League. He was drafted by the NFL's Cleveland Browns with the 22nd overall pick of the 2014 NFL Draft. Towards the end of the 2015 season, Manziel endured numerous scandals, including the infamous story that he was in Las Vegas instead of in Cleveland with the team that weekend. The team confirmed that Manziel did miss a scheduled check-in on the morning of the last game of the season, and he was released in March of 2016. He is often considered one of the biggest draft busts in NFL history.

Johnny Manziel only played one and a half games and the first half game he played was great. Give him a chance he's not done yet.

He should be top 10 last game of 2015 he goes and gambles instead of showing up.

What a joke, move over Ryan Leaf we have a new first round QB bust of all time

21 Chris Simms
22 Josh McCown Joshua Treadwell McCown is an American football quarterback for the New York Jets of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the third round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played college football at SMU and Sam Houston State.

McCown is so good. Been on a bunch of teams. Let metell you horrible, quarterbacks Bryce Petty and Ryan Fitzapatrick

23 Tony Romo Antonio Ramiro Romo is an American football television analyst and former quarterback who played 14 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League.

Romo is awesome. He is so underrated. Besides Romo was not supposed to hold the ball in the fumble play, it should've been Bledsloe.

People need to give him a little more credit than he gets.

24 Carson Palmer Carson Hilton Palmer is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals, Oakland Raiders, and Arizona Cardinals.

I could picture it on trivia who is the ugliest, worst-throwing, son-of-a-gun quarterback in the history of the NFL and I would win 1,000,000$ Because I said Carson Palmer

25 Colin Kaepernick Colin Rand Kaepernick (born November 3, 1987) is an American football quarterback who is currently a free agent. Kaepernick played college football at the University of Nevada, where he was named the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Offensive Player of the Year twice. After graduating, he was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. ...read more.

I'm a 49er fan, and I hate this guy. He is the most paid QB in the NFL and he just fails miserably. It's like the 49ers are paying to lose. For example, take the Pittsburgh game this season. He threw 4 interceptions. 4 INTERCEPTIONS! Is he even trying? Also, he led the 49ers to defeat against the Raiders last season. Not to mention over half of his throws are incomplete. This guy is so bad, he won't qualify for a 5-year old football team. He isn't a QB, he is a joke. I rest my case.

He is the one that started this retarded trend that makes him and other people kneel or sit during the national anthem.

This Gonzo-the-Great looking ass turncoated America. Now people are going down his path. What a shame.

In Madden 16 he's only known for his Read Option
