Worst Dragon Ball Villains
Android 17 is an anime fictional character from the anime series, Dragon Ball Z, created by Akira Toriyama. Always hated Android 17 since the moment he appeared. No other antagonist drew as much annoyance from the audience as much as this lame excuse of an android whose only purpose was to be a renegade and go haywire.
Android 17 was the weakest plot character to be introduced and he couldn't have been absorbed soon enough. It made it even more ridiculous when he came back in GT along with the dual Hell Fighter version and combined to make the equally weak Super 17 character.
What a boring character, couldn't wait for him to be offscreen. Android 19 had that amazing fight against Goku and Vegeta; Dr. Gero was a genius mastermind and mad scientist, and Android 16 sacrificed himself to set off Gohan's rage. Android 17 was just lame.
He was a lame kid. What was his point other than going against Gero and getting absorbed? The future version was more effective for plot but still sucked and got creamed by Future Trunks with ease.
Cell is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball series by Akira Toriyama. He is the main antagonist of the Android Saga, being an android/artificial life form from the future, whose goal is to become "perfect" via absorbing Androids 17 and 18 and becoming the strongest fighter in the universe. Cell is a dumb antagonist who stands around declaring how "perfect" he is but accomplished close to nothing for the actual plot.
Never liked Cell. Took too long to die and the death wasn't much; rather anticlimactic compared to previous villains.
Cell is just a dumb stepping stone for Gohan. He was just used to propel Gohan's character and show how much stronger Gohan became when pushed too far. Aside from this, he did absolutely nothing villainous or sinister and sucked on the display of evil, for that matter. He was a poor antagonist for the purposes of the series as a whole.
Cell sucks. He was the worst antagonist; introduced nothing new to the series and just wasted screen time; the conclusion to the Cell Games sucked and that kamehameha sequence dragged on in a really lame and boring way as well as being highly predictable.
