Aside from Peter becoming a Muslim who converts himself to Islam and becomes into a terrorist sleeper cell, this episode also had a controversial and gory cutaway gag of Peter plowing his car through a Boston Marathon and killing over hundreds of athletes. In fact on April 16th 2013 this episode was banned due to a real bombing which happened in Boston to make matters worse. That’s just plain cruel.

I thought it was really hurtful for the creators to protray Mahmoud and the other Muslims into destructive, power-hungry and angry terrorists.
Just because some Muslims are terrorists does not mean all of them are.
