Some of the voice acting in the Japanese version still pretty far off such as Roronoa Zoro sounded more like a Gang Thug, Franky doesn't sound strong and his voice sounds weird for a tough Cyborg, and the voice direction for Sanji sounded more like in his 40s or above than early 20s.

Yamada sounded more like a Grade Schooler than a High School student in the Japanese version.

Ha ha ha, no. The Japanese voice acting in Sailor Moon was actually really, really good, with very talented voice actors such as Kotono Mitsuishi, Toru Furuya, Michie Tomizawa, Keiko Han, and Aya Hisakawa, some of whom who had starred in previous famous anime like Saint Seiya, Gundam, Bubblegum Crisis, and Devil Hunter Yohko. It's the English DiC/Cloverway dubs that are horrible in terms of voice acting. - SailorSedna
