Worst Judas Priest AlbumsCostcoHotDogs I love Judas Priest, and this list is hard to fill. They’re not all bad albums (with the exception of the first two, especially the first one), just their less strong ones.
Before you call my list dumb, there’s really only one I consider bad, and after 4 is the albums I like, but just not as much as the others.
The Top Ten
It's good, but it's not Judas Priest. JP is Glenn, KK, Rob, and Ian. Richie Faulkner is also really good, but his sound doesn't as classic as classic Judas. If Rob sang Cathedral Spires it would probably be my favorite priest song. - SoldierOfFortune
I disagree - Tim “Ripper” Owens’ vocals are actually great. His vocal performance of Cathedral Spires is one of the best vocal performances in metal. And this song is one of the best Judas Priest songs, and one of the longest songs they ever made.
Also, Bullet Train was nominated for a Grammy (another good vocal performance) but lost out to Metallica's "Better than You".
Not saying Tim is better than Halford but Tim is a very good singer. - Metal_Treasure
This is easily their weakest, even weaker than Rocka Rolla. - CostcoHotDogs
It’s ok. Not their best. The only two songs I really love are Lochness and Hellrider. - CostcoHotDogs
This album was relatively solid. But not that good in quality. It has a few great songs like Battle Cry and Halls Of Valhalla. But it’s not that amazing. - CostcoHotDogs
I don't think any of their albums are bad but this one is for sure the weakest one - christangrant
Angel of Retribution, Sin After Sin, and British Steel are better than this. - SoldierOfFortune
It’s their debut album. It’s not their best work, though. - CostcoHotDogs
This album is good. I like this album. But it’s not as strong as their others. - CostcoHotDogs
This one’s great, especially the song Thunder Road. Just not up to the quality standards of albums like Stained Class and Sad Wings Of Destiny. - CostcoHotDogs
This album is good. The only song on it I really love is The Green Manilishi. - CostcoHotDogs
Name one song on Painkiller that is bad. - SoldierOfFortune
I DID NOT ADD THIS
I CAN’T REMOVE IT - CostcoHotDogs
Battle Hymn isn't really a song- it's more of a prelude that leads straight to One Shot of Glory - SoldierOfFortune
