The Top 10 Worst Live-Action Movies Based on a DC Comic

Let’s build on Superman’s success, except this time, provide the budget of a ham and cheese sandwich, put NO effort into any acting and writing, and gut everything else that makes the first two Superman films good.

A terribly shot, generic action film with generic characters, a generic plot, and generic comedy. It wants to be ‘Wanted’, ‘Mission: Impossibile’, and ‘Die Hard’ all at the same time.
Best left forgotten. - imightbeidioteque

Relatively low on the list because there isn’t much to say. It’s a very run-of-the-mill comic book film, complete with awful CGI, an unlikable protagonist, and an inability to faithfully introduce the world and characters of Green Lantern. - imightbeidioteque

Probably the worst Batman film that will ever be made, but the bar wasn’t set very high after Batman Forever. At the very least, it’s entertaining and isn’t the most incompetent thing ever made. - imightbeidioteque

Nothing much to say besides it just being bad. The first two Christopher Reeve Superman films are great for their time and arguably STILL the best ones, but this is just a head-scratcher. - imightbeidioteque
The Contenders

This SHOULD have been the Superman equivalent of ‘Batman Begins’, but it’s utterly boring, too long, and uneventful. Brandon Routh and Kevin Spacey had so much potential to be the best incarnations of their respective roles, but they’re wasted. It managed to be worse than ‘X-Men: The Last Stand’ in the same year. - imightbeidioteque
