Worst Movies of Summer 2017

The Top Ten
1 The Emoji Movie

For those visitors who can't detect sarcasm, let me tell you now that any comment praising this movie in a nonchalant fashion is obviously sarcasm. Lest it be ironic praise for how so bad it is that it's good. It'll be a challenge to find anyone who legitimately likes this movie. I'm not going to go on a full-on rant (at least, not right now) since anything I say will have already been said by everyone else about how bad this movie is, but trust me, any comment praising this movie is most likely sarcasm. Believe me, this movie has truly proven itself as legitimately awful in terms of critical reception and even box office success compared to its competitors for its premiere week.

That comment calling it a piece of art was the first good thing I've ever heard about this movie. I personally haven't seen it, but judging by how bad it's doing right now and how long it took me just to find one positive comment, I might not even bother watching it.

This movie is a piece of art. This should be unranked, due to its legendary story, heartwarming characters, and just all around good vibes

Memes aside this movie should really show people just how far down the movie industry has come the utter garbage this movie has in it can't be described.

2 Transformers: The Last Knight

The new transformers is devilish

3 The Mummy
4 The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature

According to Animat, it's slighty better than its predecessor, but even that wasn't enough to save it from the Animat's Seal of Garbage. Jackie Chan deserved better than to star in this movie.

5 Baywatch

It does not feels like a real Baywatch, it looks like it was made into a parody for movie

6 Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul
7 Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales
8 The Dark Tower

This was actually a decent movie but according to my dad it's barely anything like the books

9 King Arthur: Legend of the Sword

I despise this one!

10 The House
The Contenders
11 All Eyez on Me
12 Snatched
13 Wish Upon
14 The Book of Henry
15 The Last Face
16 Rough Night

Though having a female director & actresses like Scarlett Johansson & Kate Mckinnon, who happen to be good at playing strange & unique characters, the movie fails at living up to any expectations. Now, this movie would be a million times better if Quentin Tarantino directed, Tarantino could make the characters diverse, the acting better, the violence work, and a collaboration with Scar Jo would be sweet! As long as it doesn't become a cringy rehash of the masterpiece Reservoir Dogs or be the mess that was the Hateful 8.

Saw it on a billboard while getting McDonald's one night. Looks like a generic X-rated adult comedy flick involving bland chicks to me.

17 Despicable Me 3
18 Alien: Covenant
19 The Lost City of Z
20 The Space Between Us
21 Beauty and the Beast
22 Wonder Woman
