She could get away with not having the best voice with classic hits like "Baby One More Time" and "Oops I Did it Again", but what is "Work Bitch"? She sounds like a baby crying for help while having her nose plugged underwater. She no longer sounds like a human, as the excessive auto-tune just kills any natural aspect of her voice.
