On April 8, 1994, Kurt Cobain, the lead singer of the grunge band Nirvana, was found dead at his home in Seattle, Washington. Cobain was found with a gunshot wound with a shotgun across his body, had a visible head wound and a suicide note. After his death, many conspiracy theories have emerged that suggest that his then-wife Courtney Love had murdered him.
4 particularly horrible incidents happened during Woodstock 99. They are;
1) During Limp Bizkit's performance, violent actions occurred with fans tearing plywood from the walls during a performance of the song " Break Stuff".
2) During the Red Hot Chili Peppers performance of Jimi Hendrix' "Fire", audience members started began to light some candles, some also using the candles and lighters to start bonfires. Hundreds of empty plastic water bottles that littered the lawn area were used as fuel for the fire which had spread to both stages by the end of the performances. Eventually, the audio tower had caught fire, and the fire department was called in to extinguish it.
3) During Metallica's performance, a man died after collapsing into a mosh pit.
4) The band "Tragically Hip" was boooed for being Canadian.
In addition, 4 instances of gang rape was reported along with widespread destruction & burglary of vendor booths.
Why was there a lot of chaos during the event?
This was very sad, all these people wanted to do was go to a concert and have some fun, and this happened, the word has been a horrible place for a very long time, and it's so sad.
On 3rd June 2000, Nine fans were crushed underfoot and suffocated to death as the crowd rushed to the front. After numerous requests for the crowd to step back, the band stopped playing and tried to calm the crowd when the musicians realized what was happening, but it was already too late. The two remaining dates of the tour were canceled and members of the band contemplated retiring after this event.
She didn't deserve to die. RIP
This did not have to happen, she was such a good singer, and so pretty, and such a sweet young girl, and was gone way to soon, R.I.P.
He died too soon...

In the summer of 1993, Jackson was accused of child sexual abuse by a 13-year-old boy, Jordan Chandler, and his father, Evan Chandler, a dentist. Jackson eventually settled with the case with the Chandlers out of court for $22 million.
10 years later in 2003, Jackson was indicted for four counts of molesting a minor, four counts of intoxicating a minor in order to molest him, one count of attempted child molestation, and one count of conspiring to hold the boy and his family captive at his 2,700-acre (1,100 ha) Neverland Ranch, as well as conspiring to commit extortion and child abduction.
And now that that documentary is out, more people would believe this. Please, just let the man rest!
Hardly the worst music moment of all time.
Why do people still believe this?
On 3 October 1992, O'Connor appeared on Saturday Night Live as a musical guest. She sang a cappella version of Bob Marley's "War", which she intended as a protest against sexual abuse of children in the Catholic Church, referring to child abuse rather than racism. She then presented a photo of Pope John Paul II to the camera while singing the word "evil", after which she tore the photo into pieces, said "Fight the real enemy", and threw the pieces towards the camera.
Controversial, but not a bad moment. Too bad it ruined her career. She had guts.
This happened during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. While Taylor Swift was accepting her award for Best Female Video for "You Belong with Me", West went on stage and grabbed the microphone to proclaim that Beyoncé's video for "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)", nominated for the same award, was "one of the best videos of all time".
to my this was funny, I don't like taylor swift, kanye west or beyonce, but it sure was funny.
He said this during an interview with London newspaper "Evening Standard". This particular comment created an enormous amount of controversy in the US especially among Christian communities. Extensive protests broke out in the US, Some radio stations stopped playing Beatles songs, their records were publicly burned, press conferences were cancelled, and threats were made. Finally, he was
murdered in December 1980 by Mark David Chapman, a born-again Christian who was incensed by the "more popular than Jesus" remark.
Not one of the worst music moments but it is pretty annoying and hilarious at the same time.
Tragic death of one of the best artists of all time also had a lot of vocal life left right before his death
