At the Homecoming Football game, Charlie Brown is the kicker and Lucy is the placeholder. Anyone who even slightly knows Peanuts knows how this will end up. However, as iconic as the Football Gag is, there is a time for it and it isn't here, On one perspective, I can understand that they just wanted Charlie Brown to continue living up to his "lovable loser" trait where he consistently fails but keeps trying. But at the same time, usually when he screws up it's due to his own misfortune, which wasn't the case here. No one likes seeing someone get berated for something that's not their fault. Charlie Brown did catch a W but unfortunately couldn't even enjoy it after he passes out and doesn't remember anything the next morning

This is my least favorite peanuts special.

Deserves the number 1. Just horrible

4 It's Flashbeagle, Charlie Brown

Revising this list once again to say, while First Kiss was the cruelest (heavy flanderization and cruelty that borders on Mario: The Lost Levels on most likely to break your TV in a rage fit), this one is just... bizarre. It was meant to capitalize on a short-lived trend.
