Top Ten Worst Roblox Updates

I have been playing ROBLOX since April 2015 and the only source of income I was getting was from my game, and daily login bonus. I remember it was 1 visit = 1 tix, and my Daily Login Bonus, 10 per day. An early game I made in late 2015 called "Not A City" had the most visits. This is where I was getting robux and buying things. But, when tickets were removed, I couldn't purchase anything for two years until I found out about websites that give you ROBUX from completing offers. I was literally poor with ZERO robux since the day Tix were removed (April 1, 2016) to the day I found about these websites (August 2017).

I'm not righting about this, but no one wrote this: having only 200 friends.. I don't know if this is an UPDATE but its really stupid why can't u just have more than 200 friends how is it breaking the rules or anything? It's so annoying when u create a new friend and wanna friend them but u gotta delete a friends you already have

HOW IS THIS NOT NUMBER 1?! It is clearly the worst update on all of ROBLOX! People have saved up so many tickets and suddenly THEY'RE GOME! ROBLOX is just greedy for money!

I understand this update, people can be pretty dumb sometimes and might give away there phone number or credit card digits.

They censor number because they don’t want you to expose your age, thus making you an easy target for older players to threaten you. But really guys?

This should be the #1 Worst update universally hated by pretty much everyone and the ROBLOX staff just ignored the month long protest and kept it in.

You're literally whining about the default avarar? The person who've made this list and everybody who've commented must've been retarded. It's not that bad and don't make a new account if you don't like it. Sure you still see people in games with that avatar but you can't insult people by their looks. That's what toxic players do. Also you think that's a lego ripoff? Take a look at the 2006-2008 roblox. It looked 90% like lego. Whoever agrees with this must be a toxic player judging people by their look.

In my opinion, I don't really think this is bad. Sure it does look like lego but whats the point of powering imagination if there is limited tools. All roblox wants to do is to have a new look for players and if you don't like it you can change it. Simple

Please just get Lego people off of the virtual world. I HATE SEEING THE SAME JamaicaN HAIRED, CRAPPY JACKETED, MINIFIGURE! I'd rather look at the old starter pack. When I see oders that look like LegoS, it just makes me feel more agrivated about them.

I thought the old default avatar was bad; now it looks cute compared to the new avatars

So, we know about TIX and Guest Removal. But ROBLOX has gotten rid of the forums. I never really went on the forums, sometimes I did. The forum was the best ways to communicate and trade. Now, ROBLOX has decided to remove it so you can communicate in other ways. How can you communicate when everything you type is tagged? So, no more forums. What's next? Is ROBLOX gonna remove the groups?

Ever since David Baszucki took over ROBLOX after Erik Cassel died, he's been making this game worse and worse. I bet he pays the ROBLOX staff that much money to agree with his ideas. I cannot wait until the day when ROBLOX gets a new CEO and turns the game round to its former glory. No more ODers, No more tags but a game where it was like it was 10 years ago.

Several years later, they did it again, but much worse. If an audio was longer than 6 seconds, it could no longer be used unless the miraculous chance the user was still active and cared about changing the setting.

Ok how is this one not number 1? This removed 90% OF ALL AUDIOS IN THE GAME! Seriously there have been bad roblox updates in fact updates for roblox 99% of the time make the game worse but THIS ONE? Words can't describe my hatred for this update and the fact that people say this update is good made me wanna scream so hard this will forever be my new LEAST FAVORITE update in all of Roblox this needs to get voted to number 1! (I'll be shocked if Roblox makes a worse update than this one)

Ok I understand this update because the more people send more copyrighted audio the more that roblox is gonna be charged with, But I am mad about this update because all of my favorite songs got replaced with classical music now Like for example, Literally have I bought all of the Green Day and RHCP Audio that roblox possibly had and now almost all of it is gone, Roblox why did you had to ruin people's childhoods with music?

Making this update is a BAD idea. without Tix, you are not able to get some stuff for your character and won't be able to get free robux without being hacked. But when it comes to this Builders Club members think they are cool which takes the icing of the cake. If this update stays People without because will go bankrupt and because people won't care about it. And the only way to solve the problem is because! Will this nightmare ever end?!

It would be nicer if NBC people liek me could get 5 robux a day, but no, roblox is greedy and greedy and so on. I hope roblox goes bankrupt and never come back to this world.

You can only speak properly if you understand the complex language of Tags. Oh and say goodbye to numbers, like "one". It's tags now. THIS IS BAD.

Ugh. The introduction of tags makes it difficult to roleplay and communicate. ROBLOX was either overprotective or drunk when this was implemented. And this update infected the forums, as well, before they were removed.

I understand the reasons for and benefits from the comment removal. But it made the opportunity of giving out feedback, a little more tedious. I'd rather opt for a more revamped comment section, and for Roblox to actually do something with the bot scammers...

I think it was a good update because scammers were everywhere! Now all they need to do is remove comments from clothing, as those cringe users keep commenting "/e free" on them

It was a good update in my opinion. Cause it stoped the scams and "hOw tO mAkE yOuR vOiCe sOuNd dIfFiErNt" comments.

Some people think guests are annoying but they are deep to me. In 2011 I started playing roblox. Guests ad their silly antics always made me laugh and I used to draw pictures based off the things that happened in the game I played, like if a guest stole my car in Pizza Place I would draw a comic of that, then end it with me blowing up the guest. I also used to play PBS a lot, I remember the good old C4/Flood griefers. Ahh.. ;( And I even made a Guest pinata for Christmas! No joke. I miss you guests and old roblox D:

I actually like this update. I know about the good sides for being a guest, but the fact that they broke rules and NOT be reported is something that really I didn't like about them.

Guests were useless and people were trolling and exploiting as guests to not get banned.

Yes, guests can be annoying, but now u can't play if u can't get an account

This update is supposed to stop exploiters because there's something called Filtering Enabled, just google it, which causes people to literally destroy games. Now they can't do that. Just a few times, but it's not like someone can snap their fingers and destroy a Jailbreak server in a second. But it deprecates old games. So literally all the old games don't work...

A lot of the games I loved playing is now permanently locked unless the developer suddenly magically appeared and turned off experimental mode. the tickets removal update wasnt the worst. the guest removal update wasnt the worst. this update, however is literally the worst update I ever saw.

I remember this, it was just there because some kid saw porn via people exploiting and roblox broke every other game just for the tiny chance that it would stop people from using NSFW exploits, why don't make me laugh...

Oh I need to fix it. Filtering enabled does NOT cause people to destroy games. It's Experimental Mode, but Filtering Enabled is preventing them from destroying servers.

This has got to be one of the worst updates, maybe even worse than removing tix. Some audios have changed into boring music now we have to upload small bits of copyrighted songs. and then before that they removed pokemon brick bronze, one of the most popular games on ROBLOX. come on copyright is retard when it involves paying. I get giving credit. and video game music has to be so people buy games. but having to pay money for music... god dang it.

I agree with removing copyright games because you can't remake already-existing games on Roblox, however I disagree with removing copyright audio, because you can't play any good music anymore.

I agree this update is horrible

I got a way to bypass this! You can click Advanced in Body Parts, Color, and you can change your body parts to different colors!

I'm a newer roblox player, so this is really the first bad update that affected me.

Just a note, there's text that says "Advanced" at the bottom of "Skintone". Click on it and you'll be able to color each individual part of your Avatar.

A color hex would be nice, now that they have one in Studio...

I hate that TIX got removed, however, this made me LOATHE roblox, you can't be the good kind of noob, or a weird colored alien thing, no, if you try, they automatically put clothes on you.

A solution to this is to make a completely blank Shirt. There's some "invisible" Shirts on the Catalog...

Ya and I wish that there were fox pets, foxes are my favorite animals.

there's a game called Maple Hospital; it allows you to get pregnant, there's giving birth Animation in this Hospital game, I'm not interested playing this Hospital game called Maple Hospital.

Rthro is just a package, you think it's getting forced on us when they're just sponsoring it, there's a difference. And it didn't ruin roblox or classic avatars. The default clothing did. You don't even have to wear it.

The packages are alright in my opinion because of the meme avatars. My problem with this update is the Rthro scaling, mainly because so many developers force people to use Rthro scaled avatars to make the game more "Realistic". UGH!

They keep trying to force users to use Rthro it gets annoying and many of the models just don't fit roblox.

I was delighted when ROBLOX allowed you to choose servers.

Is there an annoying brat trying to troll you? Server's full? Is your game lagging because of the amount of players? Exploiter on the loose?
No worries, all you need(ed) to do was join a smaller / empty server. But then ROBLOX thought they were doing all the little tikes on ROBLOX a favor when they removes the option to choose what server you wanted to be on.

You could only join servers your friends are on.

I have a suspicion that ROBLOX did this to secretly force private servers on players. I like private servers, but it's just like joining a server with (a) friend(s), but without any other players you aren't familiar with, which ruins the fun. Plus, it costs us a pretty penny in my opinion.

I don't even have a lot of ROBLOX friends, and none of them even share the same interests in the same game(s), so there's no way I'm gonna find one ...more

I remember when I had a laugh computer and found only not lag when I showed a small server. Until I started using the home computer I had to deal with lag because of this update

I just want to join a server where there is a YouTuber or an empty server! Now I can just only view my friends! Good thing they brought it back.
